Hello! We apologize for this negative experience. There are several reasons as to why payments do not go through. The most common one being, the bank service provider not authorizing the transactions. However, we have a few other payment options as well so it is possible to try these out too :)
Crooked seams
The print on the tshirt was excellent but the seams are really crooked and makes everything fit wonky. I can leave it wet and stretch it to be straight in between each wash for now. I don't want the hassle of returning it though. It does run small.

Cool packaging and really good quality slipknot shoulder pouch and deftones patch...but the motorhead patch was thin like paper.

Horrible experience
Horrible, do not purchase anything from this website. They charged me for a pair of shoes, but, sent me a wrong pair. Took forever to get anyone to email me back. Finally, they asked me to send back the wrong pair at my cost. Now they have my money and shoes. Still have not received a refund and I have sent 2 emails, no response. This site is a total scam!

Excellent quality, quick turn around.
I bought some shirts from my favorite band vader. They were shipped quickly and got through customs very quickly as well. The quality of the shirts it's excellent. I would definitely buy more merch from this site!!

a good seller if there are no issues
a good seller if there are no issues. ordered a shirt that the print was offset, many emails to store and no response. i did reorder shirt (different size) and other items. after many emails about the original order, metalshop, via email puts the second order on hold as the shirt print issue is on the different size as well. i agreed to the email and would take the other items, no shirt. again, no response from seller. a few days later they did respond to chat and cancelled the second order. where's the refund for second order? i had to set up a dispute with paypal to get a refund. metalshop still has not acknowledged the issue with the original order. had to dispute with paypal as well. three orders in total, they were only successful with completeing one order. i do not reccommend metalshop for anything. choose another store.
