Searched for a specific hoodie online, they seem to be the only one to have it. Advertised price online is $52. Went to buy it, suddenly it’s now $63! Yikes! Emailed to see if they’d honor advertised price and was told nope! We aren’t responsible for what Google does! - umm, last I checked, Google doesn’t just make ads for random businesses, the business themselves make their own. Although I really wanted the hoodie, after the false advertising, not being honorable, and reading the reviews here, I’ll pass.

I'm always concerned when ordering for the first time through a new website. Then when I found out it was coming from outside the country I was worried. Metalshop put all my concerns to rest. I received good quality product in a very timely manner.

Received all items perfectly and in good time

Well 3 of the shirts looked perfect. They seemed like how a medium shirt should be as far as size and graphics on them look good and the shirt fit right. But 2 of them were not normal mediums. Idk what’s going on but they were definitely smaller more like a small. The lengths of shirts could’ve been mediums but the sleeves were so short and tight. And one of those 2 shirts the graphics just looked too blurred and harsh like too dark hiding the detail. The other small one looked good though. The 2 small ones were both slipknot shirts. They said slipknot where tag was so idk if it’s the brand or what. The other three, the Amon amarth, slayer, in flames were perfect. But they all said Gildan as the brand. I would just like an explanation if possible. If I can’t get the other 2 exchanged for ones that fit right and one looking right I may just turn them into tank tops

The Item I ordered arrived in mint condition and they thew in a sticker and two tour flyers and I greatly appreciate that because not many other shops do that. I will definitely buy from them again.

These guys are nothing but crooks I ordered 4 shirts on Dec 28th they were supposed to be here 2 weeks later but here it is a month later and haven't gotten a refund, thanks for steeling my $108

Purchased a t-shirt for x-mas, paid to have it overnight shipped and arrive before x-mas. It never arrived. I sent them an email 2 weeks after it was late. They replied that they were getting with FedEx about the missing package. 5 DAYS LATER I contacted FedEx myself, and sent them an email asking for a replacement or a refund. They stated that since FedEx 'didn't consider it a missing package and it would be delivered' that I just needed to wait. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had.

I bought more than 4 coats, 2 of them peeling apart after I wear one time , the quality on some coats is not a good quality at all , all imitation leather is poor , also I returned for more then a month still don't get my refund, I send many emails to question about my return, and not answer..I'm not buying anymore .. and is not a phone number to call ..

Shady checkout experience. After your order is confirmed, they will reach out to try and get you to give them your payment information l AGAIN after you place your order. Very, very suspicious. Buyers beware!

Great product, service and smooth sailing

They mislead their consumers by not advertising that their selections are not entirely domestic. I ordered my dad some ACDC and Alice Cooper merch for Christmas on December 3rd. Their shipping clearly states USA - PostNL, USA - FedEx and USA - DHL Express. These selections ranged from 15$-46$. Had I known that PostNL was an international shipping carrier, I would have never ordered this nor from this company had they not advertised recommendations for the holiday schedule. Customer service just copy and pasted policy at me that I was not entitled to a complaint on my order and I could ask for a refund only after the fact if I never received the order. Love not having a Christmas gift for my dad and it is December 24th and the post office website has my order still traveling through New Jersey.

I will never order from them again. Shipping policy and selection is ludacris.

I placed my order and the transaction showed up in my bank. The next day I received an email that my order was cancelled. I payed them and they kept my money. My bank Is handling the situation and gave my money back. Now my bank will be going after Metalshop to get their money back. Metalshop never asked me for the order number that was attached to the transaction that was showing in my bank. They did not really try to locate my order on there end at. Unprofessional company and I hope they get shut down.
