Wrong product, poor quality, no accountability

Ordered a hollow aluminium sphere, received hemispheres instead. Not even close to what was advertised.

To make matters worse, the quality of what arrived is on par with cheap AliExpress parts worth maybe 5 CHF, yet we paid significantly more, expecting a quality product. When we contacted support, they dismissed our complaint by insisting we received what we ordered. After we followed up again, they simply stopped responding.

Wrong item, poor quality, and zero customer service. Avoid.
