Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this company and can only advise against buying from them.

At first, I was happy to have found the shop. I wanted to buy a tour shirt for a Coldplay tour. However, it was already sold out in the official store. But since I really wanted a shirt from the tour I had attended, I started searching. After some time, I came across the Metalzholic shop. I was super happy that they had the shirt I wanted, even if it wasn't original but a replica. I ordered it and it was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that the shirt I received was not the one I had ordered.

I contacted customer support accordingly. The first email address was given to me by their own support bot on the website. This was completely wrong and my emails could not be delivered. After some research, I discovered another address to which the emails could be delivered. After many, many attempts, including weekly emails and attempts to contact them on Instagram, I still haven't reached anyone as of today, mid-August. This whole process has been going on since May.

I can only advise everyone against buying here. If you get the right item delivered, the price is great and delivery is fast. But if there is a problem, you will be left in the lurch.

I ordered and paid for a T-shirt and a hoodie. The goods were never delivered. There is no reply to emails.
Over $ 80 for nothing. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered a 2XL. Received a small. Quality is low at best. Thin material. Printing is poor. No response from company from numerous emails. Buyer beware.

Not at all what i ordered! Cheap printed, cheap material! Print is pixelated and just state up awful! Not what was on the picture! Never go there you will get your item but not what you see on the website. I bought a size L but it doesn’t even fit! It could go for a size S! So disappointing. It’s worse that wish products! I’m so disappointed! It wasn’t even cheap 😒
