I caught Metawin.us cheating. I verified the game results through the hash seed and caught the website cheating. I contacted customer service and they couldn't denie that they are cheaters. CHEATERS! Dont play on this website, they cheat and take your hard earned money! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST BOTS, NOT EVEN LIVE HUMANS! WORST CASINO EVER! DISCUSTED AND APPAULLED! Also, they advertise all these bonuses and they are a joke, might as well not even have the bonuses, if you bet $15,000 your highly advertised "weekly bonus" comes out to be $1.85, ha, waste of time!

**BEWARE... BEWARE... BEWARE...**

I made a total of seven purchases on this site, none of which were very large—around $100 each. Out of those seven purchases, I only received three. After weeks of trying to get assistance from customer support, I finally found someone willing to help me, but unfortunately, they didn't actually provide any support.

After my most recent purchase of around $80 didn't arrive, I was pretty fed up. I believe John was the one who assisted me with this issue. It took another four to five days for them to "investigate," only for me to be told that I wouldn’t be receiving anything back. Their excuse?
"After reviewing your account, it appears you opted out of SC before making the purchase and then opted back into SC afterwards."
This is a complete and utter lie. I even responded to clarify that I didn't even know opting out was an option. That was when John stopped responding altogether.

I followed up two days later, seeking clarification on their stance. At that point, a new representative joined the support ticket and told me,
"You can still get SC by making another purchase." Yeah, that's definitely not happening.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in any social casino. They never respond and when they do respond, it's copy and paste and doesn't begin to help. Their purchase system screws you over, and you can only redeem 100. Anything over you lose. Don't waste your time.

I didn't know this was a Wowvegas.com sister site. When I verified the state listing included Maryland and the verification was smooth. Should have not allowed me for Maryland. I want my crypto back please and thank you.

Update: Received notice they couldn't give me a refund. Maryland is not permitted for SC play. Not transparent enough. GPS should have adjusted t g e coin store and verification. Maryland players beware. Guess I become a cautionary tale, for the first time with any social casino in my experience.

Maybe the rockiest launch I've seen. Withdrawals are limited to 100SC and even then they take days. They're running a promotion claiming to give 10SC to everyone after verification but after sign up they try everything possible not to give it. I was verified. They said I signed up one day before the promotion started. Then they said I needed more verification including a bank statement, a utility bill, a video of me with my ID. What is this the crossroads demon here to take my soul? Laughable. Had an interaction with the CEO and he's as greedy as they come. You want to gamble with a site that pinches pennies? Worst social casino I've seen and there are about 100 of them in the US so that's saying something.

I rarely give poor reviews, so I'll update if my case is resolved soon. It's very disappointing to have a website with no customer support. You have to join their discord and create a ticket and then you're stuck in limbo waiting for a reply. You also get dm'd by a bunch of scammers in their discord when you ask for help. Meanwhile I have money just trapped in my account. I wanted to redeem but they rejected my valid bank statement that i've used on many different sites to verify my address. Their verification system simply doesn't work and you have to jump through hoops to get any help. If customer support replies to my ticket soon i'll update this review, but for now, I need to warn people. It's just wrong to ask for additional address/identity proof after letting people deposit, but not have prompt customer support for a buggy system.
