The telescope had a defect when I received it. The company told me to return it - then they would repair it and send it back to me. I returned it but never heard more from them. I have sent them many mails asking them to return my device - but that never happened. Now, for many weeks they do not respond to my mails.
I caution anyone from dealing with this company. They just take you money and do not deliver.

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY - IT S A FAKE!!!

You will never get your product! Their website is well organised, so it is difficult to be suspecious from beginning. But after some weeks when there is still no delivery you understand that this company must be closen. I reported it to the electronical crime address in Greece! Everybody should do it so that they close this company and arrest these people!! I will write an email also to electron. crime agency of Germany and NL.

Metem International are thieves and liers ordered 2 Ali 5 bikes in beginning of july 2017 never recieved the bikes or any refund. Watch out!!!!!!!
Still waiting 5 months has passed.

Unfortunately I payed 980 EUR for a bike, that will never arrive.
These idiots are professional cheaters!

In August I ordered an ALI5, I paid it (600€ including shipping), but I've not received anything. Not even an answer from this damn company.

More than two months ago (18/07/2017) I made the purchase of the Ali5 scooter and neither I have received the product nor received my money. What was initially going to be a 2 week wait in delivery of the scooter is already going for almost two and a half months. Although I have tried to get in touch with the company, they do not attend to me.

Hace más de dos meses (18/07/2017) que realicé la compra del scooter Ali5 y ni he recibido el producto ni me han devuelto el dinero. Lo que inicialmente iba a ser una espera de 2 semanas en la entrega ya va por casi dos meses y medio. Aunque he intentado ponerme en contacto con la empresa, ellos no me atienden.

Have absolutely NOTHING to do with this so called Company....They ignore emails and the phone number is on a loop. When you do manage to get an answer, they give conflicting dates for delivery, all the time knowing that they do not have the product to send out...I eventually had to threaten Legal action but, they still tried to bluff their way out of it by eventually admitting they did not have the item and wanted me to wait until the end of October, the original order was made at the beginning of August. The only member of their staff with any credibility is called James, who did his best to help but, was let down by the abysmal customer service of the others involved. GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH....YOUHAVE BEEN WARNED !

Horrendous delivery issues , nothing received yet. Snotty customer service quoting non EU compliant refund policy. Avoid these scammers.

We order an Air Bike, never receveid it ! No answer to e-mails, the phone is a fake !!!!! Do not ever put a finger in the system ! :(

these people are thieves i paid for the plash light and they keep lying about delivery its a scam

I ordered such a scooter, as after a week the package still doesn't arrived me, I called the support. Supposedly delivery difficulties... 4 weeks later the scooter finally arrived me. I Wanted to send him back, had waited a month for a reply, but nothing. I Had to call again and email them, "it is still processed"... Wait now for 1 month and 1 week still for my money, very dubious company!

I ordered and paid for this order: METEM INTERNATIONAL BV: Invoice # 3300000149 for Order # EUSTORCH-000000038 - I have never recieved the flashlight - I have written to them 3 times they just ignore me.
I warn everybody - never deal with this company.
Finally after 2 1/2 month and 3 telephone calls I got my fantastic flashlight...

Purchased an electric scooter from Metem International (Netherlands).
It developed a fault and at first Metem were very responsive in looking into the fault. They eventually agreed to accept a return and were to despatch of courier label in order to progress.
Two weeks later I hadn't received the returns label and now they ignore my emails and their phone numbers are either dead or permanently engaged.
