I’m trying to find out why my water bill has not improved after I’ve had two new water efficient commodes installed, a brand new water efficient water heater, our washing machine and dishwasher are practically new and energy efficient as well. Not to mention we had everything checked and purposefully didn’t use the water for a few days and our bill came back higher. Our bill is clearly being estimated and it’s totally unfair when we’ve done everything to make sure that we could conserve water and also lower our bill. I’ve inquired with other owners and their bills are significantly lower. My husband wants to speak with the AG regarding this matter, however, I would like to give the company an opportunity to address this matter directly.
