I recently had surgery with Dr Metin and team in Turkey. The team were amazing and so friendly/professional from the minute we arrived, care was 5* from start to finish. The after care has been brilliant with direct communication with all the team at anytime and well-being checkins. I was provided with medication to last me for months as well as medical reports and flying documents. The surgeon Dr Metin visited everyday and so did his team and we had a final checkout with him. The hospital was beautiful and very comfortable. Special mention to Sezen & Murat who were so helpful and friendly

World class service. The money well spent going with Sezin who takes care of you every step of the way. Dr Metin who is an absolute legend and number 1 in his field. I am 1 month post op. Recovery has been 10/10, support has been 11/10, the whole experience was 200/10. I would recommend them hands done over anyone else. They changed my life but I also placed it in the best of hands. If I could give more stars I would. Absolute perfection!!!!!

I was nervous before I book but I had a friend who had surgery done there with good results. Booking was simple and straight forward and I was informed of the covid travel regulations before my departure. I was also able to explain Irelands travel restrictions and get a covid test pre traveling home.
As I’m a nurse I have a lot of experience in healthcare and how procedure should be done.
The pre assessment was done prior and I did get to see the consultant before my operation.
I’m not going to lie but the pain post waking up was more than I expected but the staff were fast at attending to my pain and I felt much more comfortable post. I was given post-operative advice on how to reduce my pain for trapped co2 gas (movement and walking) and this help not only at the time but to start a new way of thinking to increase my exercise.
During my stay in the hospital all staff were friendly and those that did not speak English made an effort to understand and I found this very respect full as I have been on the other end trying to understand an patient who did not speak English.
Overall, I would rate my experience as positive and if given the choice I would do it, I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Following my Gastric Sleeve I have lost 55 pounds and don’t feel hungry, but most important I feel like I’m getting my life back.

From getting picked up from the airport the service was brilliant very professional very helpful throughout my time from start to finish I was looked after I cant recommend them enough brilliant

Highly recommend Dr. Metin Karadeniz Obesity Clinic. Had my surgery done 5 weeks ago and I'm so happy I choose this surgeon. Himself and his team are brilliant. The care the team provide is amazing and the hospital staff are all very good too.
Special mention to his assistant Suzen who went above and beyond for myself with help. She's a lovely girl and will bring you to all your appointments with their driver. Can't thank them all enough.
Weight is coming off very well for me. 😊I'm so happy. You will have guidance from the nutritionist and you can contact her with any questions you have.

It has been 6 weeks since my operation. I was made feel so welcome by everyone in Dr Metin’s team especially Sezen she was exceptional at her job and I was very greatful for her as I traveled alone and she was always there if I needed her weather it be on the phone or in the hospital. The hospital was very clean and comfortable and the staff where very nice and great at their job. I was extremely happy with my experience and I would highly recommend Dr Metin Karadeniz clinic.

We were provided with medication and nutrition to last us for months as well as medical reports and flying documents. The surgeon Dr Metin visited everyday and so did his team and we had a final checkout with him. The hospital was beautiful like a hotel and we were well looked after and had thorough testing before the procedure. My only regret is I didn’t do it sooner!

I got gastric sleeve done 7th July last year I've lost 5 half stone I thank suzanne and Dr metin for everything they done with the care and how comfortable and how well looked after never seen care like it always on call to any questions makeing you fell better about situation I really would recommend them for anyone who getting gastric work done even my husband was looked after he felt the same as me so again thank you so much makeing my life so much happier 😊

I had my surgery July 2020 nearly at my target weight already which is amazing, iv gone from a size xl to a small, couldnt have done it without this amazing Doctor and his lovely supportive team!
I followed Dr Metin Karadeniz's work on instagram for years and knew I'd be in the best hands which I wasn't wrong, from start to finish couldn't fault a thing very professional and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Only regret would be is not doing it sooner my life has really changed for the better cant thank you all enough :)

I was terrified of going alone but Dr metin's team put me at ease. When I got to izmir airport I was met by a very nice gentleman who drove me to d clinic. I was met by very nice staff. I can honestly say d took great care of me. I'm so happy I went ahead and got my gastric bypass I feel so healthy and I'm getting fit its been years since I ran and I'm only 5 weeks post op and I'm out running. Great team ❤😊

I highly recommend this practice and this procedure i under went surgery and I could not fault any of the procedures or the treatment from the staff and the professionals who care I was left in. From my basic needs to high quality care for me and the family that I brought to help maintain my care from the second I was collected from the airport to over the phone conversations to my follow up appointment and to year later and the practice are still maintaining my weight and encouraging me. To continue on my journey, in total from dec 2019 till dec 2020 I have lost a total of 7st, I am well pleased and delighted with my journey I have recommended three of my friends for this procedure. I would highly recommend this procedure from the staff to the care to after care. I wouldn’t think twice about it.

After months of contemplating, I decided to go ahead with gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Metin and his team. I started my journey in October 2020. From the moment I contacted Sesen she could not have been any more supportive and patient in explaining everything, from arriving to the airport, getting to the hotel and the hospital, what tests I would be having etc.
On our arrival to the airport it was Sesen Who kindly welcomed me. Straight to the clinic for Covid test then on to our hotel. We settled in for a few days before heading back to the clinic for further consultation with doctor and dietician where everything was explained. Then on to the hospital where they did further in-depth testing. I was really surprised at the amount of testing they carried out before the actual procedure. This is something that back home would probably take months.
I can honestly say that help and support from the team, doctors and nurses that I received was first class. Nothing was ever too much for them.
Everyone had such a kindly bedside manner, probably something that a lot of staff here in the UK could learn from.
After three night stay in the hospital it was them back to our hotel. The day before flying home we had another consultation with Dr Metin and his team. This was a check up to see that everything was okay before flying home.
Thankfully I can say that my surgery went really well.
Back home, any questions i had, have been answered literally within minutes. If you're thinking about gastric sleeve surgery. I would highly recommend dr Metin and his team. I have never experienced such a high standard of care they have for their patience.... you are not just a number.

I got into contact with the team last year regarding a weight loss surgery, they were very helpful and patient with me regarding my availability. I scheduled in to have my surgery on the 09th of December 2019 and was very excited to start the new chapter of my life. I was contemplating getting this surgery for years and believed that Dr Metin Karadeniz and his team would be my best option.

I am very glad I chose this clinic and wouldn’t want it any different. I still get phone calls from the Nutritionist Ms Deniz Akciger who is very supportive and guides me in what I can do better to speed up my weight loss.
My experience with the whole team has only been positive and I would recommend them to anyone struggling to lose weight by themselves.

I started my journey with Dr Metin and the team in November 2020. We landed late at night but our transfer was waiting for us to go to the surgery for a covid test and then to our hotel. We were collected again in the morning and taken first to the surgery again where everything was explained by Dr Metin and Deniz and then to the hospital where they tested everything, full MOT which would take months to get done all at once here, all this time everything was covid safe, masks, gloves, aprons etc. Hospital was amazing and the staff were lovely with us, nothing was ever too much trouble. Our contact Sezin really looked after us from the minute we landed until the minute we left. I have already and will continue to do so, recommend this team to friends and family. I came to Dr karadeniz for a gastric sleeve and I can not recommend Dr karadeniz enough! Both he and his team were fantastic, they were professional and could not do enough for me! They put me at ease throughout the whole process. They explain to me step by step, they answered all questions I had honestly and they liaised with my wife who was at home in England throughout the surgery, giving her updates and easing her anxieties regarding my surgery! The hospital and hotel I stayed at extremely clean, comfortable and accommodating! I would not hesitate to return for further surgery and I highly recommend this amazing team to all my friends and family!

I had my surgery in October 20. I booked whilst in England, I had a video consultation with my surgeon ahead of the operation and discussed all my concerns and questions. The surgeon explain all the risks about the surgery and provided advice on recovery and diet following the operation. When I arrived in turkey I was picked up from the airport and taken to all appointments. On the day of surgery I had very detailed pre-op tests with a range of specialists.
The surgeon was fantastic, kept popping in to check on my during my recovery. Although back in England, communications is still consistent, I send my blood tests through directly to the surgeon for analysis and continued support from the surgeon and dietician is really helpful and reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgeon for surgery. It’s hard to find a team that put patient care so high on their list but this was so important for me. I was in great hands and I’m already seeing fantastic results, thank you to the whole team.
