Great school that mangoes to embrace technology and build a family unit within the school. The teachers are great and I love the weekly updates from them. I love how they are tailoring the learning for my children based on their level.

I had an emergency court appearance and was unavailable for several hours. I was able to call the school and give them alternative contact information in case my daughter needed me. I had to put the information in writing and sign it, This was a outstanding show of support for me, and evidence of how much the staff cares about me and my child

My kids are doing great in this school. They're behavior is amazing. They have really good grades and seem to do better each year! All of their teachers from previous years still communicate with us and our kids. The atmosphere is positive and enthusiastic.

Awesome school of excellence with caring teachers. My daughter has attended since Kindergarten and is currently in the fourth grade and doing well.

We will be back next year.

Metro Charter has a great curriculum for all grades and ages. They also work with your child if they are struggling in a certain area. The teachers and staff are all amazing and very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better school for my child.

My child has attended 6th, 7th, and is currently in the 8th grade. Metro has more than prepared her for the 9th grade. Especially with Math and English. Her test scores are above-average for her grade. I would highly recommend the school.

I have a 7th grader that just started Metro Academy and she and I both love it. She is learning so much and the teachers and staff are great.

The curriculum and the teachers that I have experienced have been terrific. Unfortunately, I am extremely displeased with how the K-2 Dean has handled situations with my child being attacked by another student, on two separate occassion within less than a week. The fisrt incident I was not even notified about my child being attacked! When I finally spoke with the K-2 Dean about the incident (only after my 5 year old child told me what had happened, after a second attack had occurred, and after I went up to the school and requested that the Dean contact me) blame was placed on everyone else. Other situations werw brought up that had nothing to do with what we were discussing, but I did get a an apology after it was all said and done. It really bothered me how the Dean was so quick to throw colleagues under the bus, instead taking responsibility for the lack of communication. I was so appalled I ended up contacting the principal and corporate. One month later, the issue is still not being fully dealt with (after speaking to the teacher and several other parents). This has been an ongoing issue since the beginning of the school year and now it's December. Situations happen, but what makes the difference is how they are handled...especially by administration.

Metro Charter has a warm, family environment! The teachers and staff truly care about the children and their success. My daughter loves attending school and is looking forward to her future at Metro. The curriculum challenges the students which is what every parent should want for their child. I would recommend Metro Charter Academy to anyone looking for a great school for their child.
