Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor and the process lacked clarity and consistency. Despite providing extensive information, there was little practical support or clear guidance, which resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration. I would not recommend based on my experience.

This has been my first dealings with Metro, thanks to all the professionalism and support shown to me by Arun Virk the whole process has been made far simpler and has reduced my stress levels significantly. I would strongly reccommend the services of Metro.

I spoke with both Craig and Rob today and they made the process go extremely smoothly. Spoke through the process and the documents that I would need and it was all quickly turned around today. I can't fault the customer service provided today. That also goes for other members of the Metro Finance team that I have spoken to over the past few weeks. Always willing to help.

Easy process from start to finish. Robert Hoyle was just at the end of the phone if I needed anything. Can’t thank him and the team enough for their work.

Right from the start i felt i was being supported , i was extremely anxious and the team including Natalie Johnston and Rob Hoyle helped me through every step-- calling me in the evening to check i was alright. Each step was thoroughly explained , i felt as though they really understood what i was feeling and they did everthing they could to reassure me .

Was referred to Metro for an affordability check as I’m looking to purchase a shared ownership property.
The process is lengthy and they need a lot of financial evidence, but I got assigned to Lois as my case worker who was very helpful and efficient and I was signed off within 4 days.

Really good service. Both in completing the shared ownership affordability checks and arranging the mortgage. The admin team were also efficient and kept in touch when progressing the application. The portal works well and is updated very regularly. Well worth the fee. It wasn’t a simple case to place with a lender and Josh managed to find a high street lender still. I’d definitely recommend them.

I’ve had a great experience with Metro Finance. I worked with them over a 12-month period for a plot that I initially reserved but later had to change due to construction issues with the developer.

I can confirm that every time I contacted the team, I received excellent support throughout the process.
