Excellent service, thanks to all staff and specially the coordinator Miss ANASTASIA who had been in contact and arranging all the matters throughout my operation from arrival till departure professionally.

And separately, to the beautiful Svetlana, who, from the first to the last day of her stay, was always there and ready to help! I had a very good exoerience with the procedure. The staff is very kind and generous and has shown excellent and rationsle approach to a treatment with an aim to provide the best results for a client. I look forward for the results!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair transplanted with this amazing hospital and Ms Soukaina as my guide throughout the whole process. it was pain free and very quick. it was very affordable and the best part was i never felt pain at all. i’d high recommend them!

I whant to share my experience to the Metropol Med during my surgery hair transplant ,i booked with Ms Soukeena on 6 july, from the moment i arrived in Istambul everything it was beyond of my expectations, the staff ,doctors and the manager of the clinic they treated me with kindness, everything it s been made 5 *****,i recommended 100%,all i whant to say its been perfect the way how they treat me and how they look after me, thank you so much to entire team ,i will recommended this clinic 1000%

I actually only went to this clinic for a preliminary consultation regarding a hair transplant and found myself on the operating table the next day. The manager of the clinic, Mrs. Duygun Demir, greeted me in a very friendly and courteous manner and discussed all the steps regarding the operation with me. A doctor was also involved in the consultation and answered my questions. The treatment went very well and without any complications. The whole team, from reception to the manager, was highly motivated and when an employee said to me when planting the graffs that they do this job with love, I knew that I was in good hands. Absolutely brilliant service. I was treated with respect and dignity. All members of staff were very patient and understanding. Their level of English was minimum however the service was 100%. Special shout out to Soukaina who was my translator and even on her day off, came back to work just to make sure I was taken care off. I will be recommending this service to my friends in the UK.

I met Metropolmed on Facebook. Normally, I don't really trust the ads on Facebook, but I filled out the form anyway and Azize called me after talking a bit, I did some research, I had a few places in my mind, I wanted to choose the best, I wanted to have it done not only on the hair, but also on the teeth, and since they always had all of them, I decided to have it done in a full-fledged hospital teammates they are very warm and sincere as much as they can Ms. Fatma and her team Ms. Nur, the other v friends whose other name I can't remember are very interested, I believe they did their job well, I believe they did their job well, I went in the morning, I left in the afternoon and I can say that I got a different face, thank you very much. The swelling has gone down, there is a beautiful image. I hope that the transplanted hair will grow over time and I hope to have a beautiful image. The total package was good. The doctor and team was good. They did maximum graft and treatment was as promised. HOwever, On the next day after the surgery ,I did not have the translator as promised and communication was very hard and the first washing also was not doneproperly/hygienically.I was worried about the way I was treated on that day.
But, post care via phone was great. I still have some discomfort on my donor area and the remote support is great! I hope the support continue as promised.! I would recommend MetropolMed.

I would like to describe the process of organizing a hair transplant, which you should definitely read

After prior agreement with Mr. Yuvez about the course of the operation and the expected success, I decided to travel to Istanbul where they had everything ready for me
from the airport shuttle to the 5-star hotel

The day of the procedure started so that they cut the little hair I had and evaluated the process performed by a professional surgeon
due to my poor donor scalp we were able to transplant 3200 hairs
The whole institution is of a very high standard and professional staff
The team consisting of a surgeon, two assistants and a pleasant nurse who was also a translator were just great

To anyone considering this procedure I sincerely recommend this institution and I personally assure him that he will be satisfied with the result
