Screen is easy to install in frames. Seems to be fairly durable as I didn't poke through it or tear it with the roller when installing. Did not rate durability though since to me this is more of a long term test rather than right after purchase. Reason for the slightly lower rating is that my original screens are .011" thick and this was advertised as same thickness. Measured it with a micrometer when received and it's actually .010" thick. A small thing maybe but think in terms of 10% off on thickness and what that might add for wear and hole resistance. Still a decent value for the size roll I purchased (3'x100'},
