We purchased a total of 4 roll up screens. The custom cuts were precise HOWEVER the quality is terrible. We returned one for a manufacturer defect, two days later another had a similar issue. The interior springs (coil) are pressed to a plastic piece that just slips out of place and deems it no longer usable. Regret purchasing, total cost was well over $450!!

Ordering process was very easy. The size that I order was exactly what I got. For the most part the assembly portion of it was very easy. I did wish they gave longer screws, the 1/2 " self tappers only made it into the drywall. I had to use longer screws. The final look was amazing tho.

Not happy with this product at all. It sticks when going up or down and the slightest little breeze causes it to open and the screen comes out to the side tracks. I bought the extra wind support too.

Install was very easy, but the tension is way to tight in the coil and it is difficult to pull down. Furthermore, its locking mechanism when you pull it down is of poor quality and difficult to lock in place. Also, the screen rubs along the guides when you pull it down making a scraping noise.

These screens were exactly what we hoped they'd be. We have a sunroom with very old (100+ years) 64" casement windows that had been caulked shut and storm windows mounted outside. We very much wanted to unseal these windows but needed a way to keep insects out while the casements were open. Genius retractable screens are perfect. They're well made, easy to install and affordable. We're very pleased with them.
