No hole's were drilled in side rails and there was no jig sent to drill holes.Slightly bent corner on side rail. When you did drill the holes in the top and bottom rails the bir thats left inside makes it hard to slide keys in. I pushed a big file in to knock the bir off.

The door is very solid, after having a flimsy Pella door since we got our house this is a welcome change.
This can not be the right parts, they don't even match up. The standard door I got from Milgard is exactly the same frame, but if the pieces are not cut correctly it doesn't fit and will not work. I've been waiting over a week for a response.
just installed so will see in a year appears to be a very good door. Was disappointing manufacturer eliminated 4 corner screws
Install instructions don’t match hardware. Corners don’t screw together so they don’t line up correctly. Door latch hardware don’t match instructions. Door striker don’t work correctly.
Great product from a great company! Mike Miller
Metro Screenworks is a pleasure to work with.
The screen door arrived with the frame corners bent and one wheel out of its assembly. I carefully corrected all of that but the door does not stay on its track. Even when adjusted so that the top and bottom wheels are as far out as possible so that the door has almost no wiggle room, it falls off of the track virtually every time we use it. And because I have to use a screwdriver and adjust the wheels in order to get it back onto the track, the screen door is ultimately useless.
Product was bent/damaged on arrival. I was able to rebend and make it work but it was a pain.
Screen door paint was scratched when I received it. Was not happy about it since I paid a ton of money for it. Everything else was fine with it.
Excellent, Love, would buy it again if had to!!
The corners were cut poorly on the door I received and did not fit together square.
Their way of measuring online disregards comments and instructions. Shouldn’t have been any question as to my measurements and comments, but they disregard and cut without the exact measurements provided. Hence screen slides horribly.
Pros: heavier frame than cheaper doors. Handle is built into the frame rather than screwed through the screen. Slides nice. Latches closed firmly. Cons: Came with a hole in the screen, which I unfortunately discovered after assembly. The corners take some messing with to get them to fit square. The tension of the screen is what actually holds the pieces together, they don't join tight. Some surface scratches, even though it was unassembled in a box. The door is a bit too small, even though I ordered the same dimensions as my previous door. Overall: Nice door, but overpriced for the quality.
