I am completely happy with Metrothemes. I needed a demo site downloaded. They did that and then answered all my followup questions. The theme had a bug but Metrothemes knew how to get around that and to show/tell me how to make the changes I wanted to make in a different way to get around the bug in customizer.

So I had enlisted Metrothemes to assit with a small bug in loading a theme to wordpress for me , the response time was very quick and equally so was the resolution but it does not stop here , Metro themes also invited me to a quick screen share session to cover the functionalities and to insure that I understood the next steps. During our dialogue he brought to my attention some very critical details which I had not been aware of that would have an impact on my seo , if he had not shared this vital information with me I would have easily made a mistake that would have cost me a lot of time to undo.
