After reading other reviews here I decided that I would accept a possible lengthy delivery time for my product. I ordered two medium size Pro cases in Gunmetal Grey 17/02/2026 costing just shy of £320 inclusive of delivery. Today 03/04/2026 I took delivery of them. I am a very fussy person when it comes to quality, I own a lot of Designer goods, these cases have exceeded my expectations, the quality is not only astounding for the price it's just simply astounding. You could choose to buy two similar cases from RIMOWA or alike for £2500 just to have them battered by baggage handlers around the word, DON'T! These cases are exceptional, worth the wait.

These cases will exceed your expectations and for the price are unbeatable! Not only that the guys offer fantastic and honest service and will go the extra mile to hit your deadlines

Just received the Mettal case Pro. LOVE IT!
Improvement on my previous non-pro version. My wife loves it as she has rhematism in her hands and the zips are so much easier.

So, slightly nervously I ordered the mettalcase in medium after another more well known manufacturer let me down by supplying a very dented aluminium case at twice the price! However, I can’t praise the online chat function highly enough, they answered my queries fully and promptly and reassured me that this is a reputable company. The delivery process was super quick, ordered late evening of 20th, item arrived 23rd! Tracking item experience wasn’t great due to little information being provided but on contacting online chat they provided all details so I could fully track item via Evri app - 100% customer satisfaction on that. Now to item, looks great, seems robust, and more expensive than expected, sizing matches online details and can’t wait to use but perhaps the biggest compliment came from my teenage daughter who is now extremely jealous, in her words it’s ‘bijou’ and she’d happily promote the items on her socials (if you wanted to send her a free cabin size in silver you’d get free advertising over her 1000s of followers 😂). What more can I say, if you want a suitcase that looks the part, half the price of similar ones I’ve tried then what are you waiting for, go for it!

just a scum, no company registered by this address, designs are literally stolen from KANGSHILU and etc.

There was a slight delay with the case being delivered ,i informed the company of this and they were straight on it,quickly and professionally resolved the problem,the wait was worth it these cases are beautifully made and a very good price too,im very pleased,and would highly recommend anyone wanting a well made case at a competitive price to look them up.

After a chat online which was so informative and helpful I placed my order after being messed around for weeks from another supplier who let us down for my husbands surprise 60th holiday suitcase gift.
Shipped same day and received the day after.
The suitcase quality is amazing and our surprise saved.

Delivery took a bit long, but from what I read in the comments they’re opening a warehouse in the UK so might be faster now? Honestly tho, worth it. The suitcase is super solid, really well built and feels like it’ll last ages, especially for that price. I’m happy with it and will prob get a 2nd one for my partner.

I was happy to contend with a lengthy delivery time because there were so many positive reports about these cases. In the end my case arrived sooner than expected and I could not be more pleased.

The case is everything I'd hoped it would be, attractive, beautifully made and very robust. The interior fittings are well designed and exactly what works to keep things tidy inside.

MettalCase products are as they describe, premium, well made and solid. All metal and so far strong! The team are attentive, quick to reply, and helpful. Even when things went array, they made a real effort to keep me happy and satisfied.

I have travelled the world many many times and know how important good luggage is. All aluminium is the best and Mettalcase is up there in terms of quality in my mind, just not the usual price! Superb value.

Company were prompt in answering my questions. Put order in for a fast delivery. Case looks amazing and feels durable. Can’t wait to use it had to order 2 large ones to complete set.

Although a bit of a lead time for the cases to arrive, it was well worth the wait. Very sturdy yet beautiful. Well worth every penny spent.
I am now looking forward to many trips with elegant luggage.

We have now purchased 6 of these cases, 2 silver small, 2 silver medium, 1 small black and 1 medium black and all look the part and are very nice suitcases. We have even had comments on how posh they look.

As long as you accept the 4 to 5 week delivery they always arrive in week 5 but still on time. I believe there is a shorter delivery on the small silver as there is now stock in the UK.

Case was great, good quality and just as advertised. Comms was excellent throughout too.. Would definitely recommend..

The case is sturdy and big enough to hold all my items. I bought it as my suitcases kept getting damaged by bad handling. This one is perfect!
