Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Please avoid this company as much as you can. I had a huge problem with customs, had to wait weeks in order to be resolved. When it was finally resolved, the products I ordered was confiscated by customs because per US customs, perishable items are not allowed. Their customer service kept trying to give me a store credit versus refunding my money to the original form of payment. I had to contact my credit card in order to get a partial refund. I will never order from this company again. Not worth all the drama. Horrible experience. Stay way.

Deceiving company. Not professional.

I bought an item for a gift because it said that it would be delivered in 4 days. In four days the item wasn't shipped. I contacted the company to cancel. They said they've canceled, but I never received any confirmation. Once I asked they said it was canceled internally and it would take 10 to 15 business days to send a refund. But, they keep trying to give me an extra US$10 to use as a credit. I should of checked their review before buying from them. I'll do a charge back and report them to BBB in the US and to Procon in Brazil.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company!They shipped refrigerated products from Brazil that were seized and discarded by U.S. customs, indicating the shipment did not meet import requirements. And after several complaints, they keep doing the same thing to other customers.

Serious issues with order and no refund – not recommended

I placed an order with Meu Brasil On-line delivered on 16/08/2025 (total £80) and experienced multiple problems:

1. Products were substituted with cheaper brands without my consent.

2. Some food items had very short expiry dates, making them impractical to consume (e.g., paçoca with only 9 days left).

3. One item I paid for was not delivered (15 mini bolos de rolo – £12.83).

4. The invoice provided does not match some of the products I ordered or received.

I contacted the store multiple times via WhatsApp and email requesting a refund. They promised to resolve the issue but did not follow through, offering store credit instead, which I refused.

I have formally requested a full refund via email with a 3-day deadline. If no action is taken, I will pursue all legal remedies, including chargeback, reporting to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, and Small Claims Court action.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I do not recommend purchasing from this store, as their order fulfillment and customer service are unreliable.

You pay, they cant delivery.Scam!!!

Não comprem, eles não podem entregar em Uk, falam que vão devolver seu dinheiro em 10 dias, se recusam a enviar um e-mail de cancelamento e ficam enviando e-mails de pedido aceito. Total scam, não comprem.

I ordered because on Tuesday because their site says 4 days to delivery, I received an email saying is a day after.
When I contact them they said they cant delivery animal products, there's no information about it.
I asked to cancel the order and asked them to send an email confirming. They said will do and it takes 10 days to do a refund.
Next day I received a contact saying they cant delivery the order. Is ridiculous. I asked a confirmation of the cancelation, they refused to send and they keep contacting me about the order.
I'm waiting my refund and the confirmation of the cancelation.
Next day I received a contact of other person.
They keep sending me emails about accepting my order, even though they can’t deliver. Total scam, be careful!!!
