Awful customer service.
We bought a ring from them, very late delivery, 25 days late; poor communication on lateness and finding out how to return it. They gave us an Etsy credit rather than paying us back, but 30€ less than we paid. They kept referring to "policy" and information on their website which was very hard to find and misleading. DON'T USE THEM
