*NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!*
I bought this bag and they sent me a damaged/faulty one.
*CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE*

The product does not match the size chart and is not wearable.
“Free return” is misleading — refunds are refused unless the customer pays international return shipping.
Very disappointing. Lost money.

Would give zero if possible. Two months later no product as it got stuck in customs. They will not give me a refund. Do not buy from here. Very unprofessional

I have never seen the product i ordered. I got a message that its out of stock and they say they cant give me a refund due to technical issues with their webshop, which is ofcourse bullshit! They lie all the time and come op with new excuses not to give a refund.

Products stink of heavy glue. Sometimes they send you wrong items and don’t want to change it or refund you. Also it already happened that items weren’t delivered but declared as such. The customer service is terrible and basically non existent. If they make a mistake you will not get your money back or be helped. You can not send back false products

Bought an item that was way too big and when I tried their telephone number it did not exist, nor did their customer service and when I tried to go on mewjews.com it said it was down for maintenance. No way to contact the company for a return

Started out great, ordered a pair of shoes and was happy with the product. So then I decided to buy another pair two pairs. Then it all went wrong. They sent me the right model but wrong colour. I complained, they said they would send a replacement pair free of charge. It was the wrong colour again! They then claimed the colour I asked for didn’t exist and it was ‘the photo colour’. I said that was rubbish and I wanted to return both the unwanted pairs of shoes. They gave me the shipping address so I organised the return. They never accepted the delivery so in the end I had to ask the courier to destroy the shipment as they were going to charge me for them ‘holding’ the unaccepted goods as Mew Jews declined the shipment but even asked to return to sender! So now I am without shoes, no refund or replacement, and out of pocket because of my attempted return!

The service was fine until a whole order of e800 got lost. Then the real problem began. To ing and fro ing. Then eventually Mewjews offered me 50 pc off a next order. No way will I order again if my parcel gets lost and they simply don’t care !!

The worst company to deal with. I bought a watch from them. The watch was not working. They refused to send me a new watch and a label for me to send this back. I would never buy anything from them again. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with and I buy from a lot of online companies. They gave me nothing but a runaround for 3 weeks and did nothing about the broken watch

Buyer Beware! Website is still down! Have emailed customer service and sent messages on What's App. No response and no items.

I’ve ordered four pieces from Mewjews in the U.K. and I’ve been highly satisfied. One item they sent the wrong order but rectified it immediately with no extra shipping cost.

Ordered the Hermes sandals and am beyond impressed! Quality of construction, leather and fit were perfection. I know packaging and down to the last detail this is exactly like the real thing. Even the barcode on the box pulls up the Hermes shoe. The ties were a bit different design but they were still included! I am not a person who buys from sketchy places and all my pieces I normally buy from the store or designers website. I however refuse to pay $900 for a pair of sandals. That’s why I gave them a try. I will be buying more from them and no one will know I didn’t get them from the designer!

I bought there products Chanel watches, the quality is very bad!$120. its looks very cheap as copy $2. The Chanel shoes is very bad quality. Usch! Shitt products! As from. China!!! I want to return! But they don’t accept only to purchase again! All the products that I bought is shirt quality!

Pathetic scammers -sent 10 messages with same question and the little chinaman cannot answer one. Pathetic cloned site with no size guide for various items - they do not reply in time, they sell awful quality rubbish and you will not get a refund so AVOID. Pleased I did not waste any money with these scam artists. They are rude, they do not care to help and are utterly useless - yet another example of Instagram allowing criminals to advertise. Sick of it.

Bad quality, the shoe arrived with a scratch on the golden part.
But the more problematic is that the size chart is not correct. I ordered 2 different paires in 39, and received both marked 39 but size like a 38. So i cannot wear them.
The brand doesnt want to refund the order. My only option is too send them back to china, so I will loose 50€ in transport.
I will never order again and this website and so shouldnt you!

The products are great quality, looks and feels like the real deal even the boxes. only thing I did not get in original boxes was the jewellery but the jewellery also looks great. Shoes are a bit smaller than normal european sizes so order a size larger. I am very happy with the products and Customer service answered my questions every time. HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The quality is horrendous and the customer service is even worse
I ordered three bangles the were supposed to be 925 silver / 18ct gold plated with 3 original boxes and this is not what I received.
One box arrived with 3 bangles squeezed in plastic. The quality of the bracelets is the same as you get on another cheap Chinese site. They are worth £5 for all 3 but I paid £189 as they were guaranteed to be the same as the original but in 925 silver / gold plated. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM SITE. They refuse to allow a return despite what their website says
