Love the dress! 🖤✨

The items could be nice if they fit. Somewhat cheap. But returns are impossible/ difficult to accomplish.
The beads, rhinestones and such fall off, even the first time one tries on.
Returns are hard and unpleasant! It is the most difficult store ever for returns.
I do not recommend, bad experiences.

Absolutely love their products, the quality is so good, and the company is so sweet!

They refuse to give returns. Do not buy from here if you want a refund if it doesn’t fit or suit you. They try and put off doing anything every day asking for different photo or something else. Shocking. I would never buy from here again

I truly love the quality and style of their clothes. The customer service is quick to respond and they work with you to find solutions. I’m definitely a return customer. I buy at least one piece per month from them and I get the most compliments when I DJ a show in a MewMew outfit. I’m actually going to wear a MewMew fit to my civil wedding!

I've ordered three dresses from Mew Mew. Just ordered two more! The quality is great, fit and uniqueness is also a 5 star!

When I learnt the dress I purchased was coming from China, I was mortified, all I kept thinking were my previous disappointing experiences with companies like Shein.

I couldn't have been proved more wrong , the dress I ordered and the detail within the dress was exquisite absolutely stunning . The customer service was very good.

I have contacted them several times to request a refund, but I haven't received a clear response. They will not provide the return information, and now they are not responding.

Terrible quality and they don’t give you a refund and make it extremely difficult to make a return. You get credit instead of a return so you’re stuck being forced to buy from them. Quality of their clothes is so poor I wouldn’t ever buy from them again after I use my $200 credit.

As an American site and previous reviews was reluctant to place order. However l emailed them and had a response the following day.

Order placed 05th March 26 and dress received today.

Quality amazing and would definitely recommend.

Unfriendly costumer service difficulty in making returns plz don’t buy anything from this website they will never refund your money instead of making it so easy to return they keep sending you emails to make your life hard just to give you return gift receipt .

The quality of the clothes are horrible and have a terrible smell! They state on their website you are able to return an item if not satisfied yet they have given me a hard time and I’m still not able to return this dress, it’s been 2 weeks now that I’m fighting it. They are now suggesting I take the dress to a tailor. Do NOT buy from them, they are falsely advertising stating a return policy when they do not let you do so! The WORST company I’ve ever came across!

This has been an absolutely awful experience. I’m not alone in this; many others have said that returning items is a nightmare! They require you to send pictures and dictate a ridiculous 7-day return window. After following all their convoluted steps and paying to ship my dresses back—dresses that don’t fit, mind you—they claim they only received one and will only issue a gift card for that. What kind of nonsense is that? After more back and forth, they offered a measly 50% refund for the other dresses, insisting they never got them. This feels like a scam! I've ordered from them in the past and liked one dress, but now I realize that if something doesn't fit, it's basically garbage because you'll never get an honest money back ( even as they claim as a gift card) from this company.

The first dress I bought in MewMews broke my heart and hearts of everyone who saw me in it. That was red dress in size M with hearts on it. Fits perfectly on me. Material is very comfortable and the quality of the dress was great too. That’s why I bought two more (not joking !!!) for my friends, because every girl deserves to look amazing.
Delivery service also good. I got my dress for about two weeks after I made an order and packaging was good and safe.

The dress was for my birthday photoshoot. I am so happy, thrilled, and grateful for the outcome. I will be collaborating with them again, 10/10!!

I purchased my first order not too long ago for my birthday dress and I couldn't be happier. I am so impressed with the quality of the fabric and how good the dress looked in person and on me. It was true to size and I received many compliments. I will be buying more items again.
