Excellent costumer services

The item arrived damaged by the shipping company. Contacting them was easy and the response was quick. They sent me a new product. I only recommend changing the shipping company. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Grazie Mexem

Spoke English because my financial Italian is not that good, they had no problem and both in writing and verbally, my questions were answered in English. When email did not resolve my issue, they made a suitable time to call me and patiently helped me through the process of the new security features. Very very helpful and professional.

Can a Zimbabwean citizen open an account in south africa

Hello, I'm a Zimbabwean citizen residing in south africa and I tried opening an account on your broker, but I don't know what caused my account to stay in the forever review process, also. I want to ask if you allow me to withdraw to a Zimbabwean bank though the account was opened in south africa and of course that is if you answer the first question, thanks 🙏

Tried to make an account

Tried to make an account, but didn't hear anything for 5 days straight. no email, no status update, nothing. had to call with the helpdesk, only to hear it still isnt fixed and it was a technical issue. They actually then reached out later and handled everything really nicely and offered to compensate me. Suprised by the service

I’m very happy with Mexem

Great support, low fees

I only just started with MEXEM, but so far my experience has been great. And I did a lot of research, MEXEM seemed the best in terms of low fees, reliability and great support. I have been in touch with support multiple times for various questions. They're always very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. That really helps to get started and build trust since this is a long-term commitment of course.

I was not able to close a position

I was not able to close a position, due to a margin call. Mexem closed for me (with profit). Next to that, at the same moment a stop-loss was triggered. I had asked if this was closed and the answer was yes, but I thought by Mexem. That was not the case, it was triggered automatically and I 'sold' the same position, giving me a loss. Because this communication with support was not clear, Mexem compensated the loss.
So, GREAT SERVICE!
