In two and a half months, they still haven't paid the promised €150 referral bonus! Even after the additional two weeks they claimed would resolve the issue, nothing happened. Following up with more questions received no response. I've already given up on it and even sent them a thank-you note to express my resignation. So, this is clearly a partially reliable system at best.
I don't think this approach will help attract more clients in the long term. They should promise a smaller amount that they are willing to pay.

I hope I can eventually access my money when I attempt to withdraw my balance. I'm afraid it might have been a mistake to transfer so much money there. For example, I even hope I can withdraw the remaining euros to Revolut (as the base currency is another one), as amounts under 2.5 euros can't be converted. Even such small amounts matter to the average European nowadays.
It is evident from others' comments and my experience that the support team may, at some point, completely stop responding.

I am disappointed in your weekly newsletter. There used to be a You Tube TV presentation summarizing the coming week. This was excellent. Now this is no longer featured. Your newsletter is now basically a list of company earnings .

The customer service representative solves the problem very slowly, as if she is just learning how to use their own platform.I don't feel safe with my money with them, they even play tricks with the changes, they make the background settings in such a way that they do well, not the customer.I don't recommend it to anyone

Huge disappointment. I was inexperienced, and I went there because of the Hungarian-speaking customer service. In hindsight, I see that I was misinformed multiple times on purpose so that the broker would benefit. I was also misinformed during the settings, and I had to almost beg for clear answers for days, both via email and phone. I received incredibly slow responses! They blamed it on me not understanding, even though I am also trading on many other exchanges. When a person realizes that they need to withdraw their money immediately because it is not safe, they also mess with the conversions. And on top of all this, the most shameless thing is when my money was converted to my own currency, and I wanted to initiate the withdrawal and asked for help, they even asked how much to withdraw?? I said all of it, but they said it couldn't be set that way in the request, so they withdrew 15,000 HUF less for me (about 41 USD). I guess they charged themselves a little tip. They didn't provide an explanation for why they withheld that amount. I had neither the desire nor the energy to turn to the supervisory authority, and I was afraid they would steal even more, so I agreed to the amount they suggested. Additionally, an amount equivalent to 7 USD also remained because it could no longer be converted. In total, I received 48 dollars less from my money, while I suffered a huge loss because I requested that CFD trading be disabled on the platform so that I wouldn't accidentally trade, but only hold the shares. It was a huge disappointment with MEXEM. Now, in response to this writing, they will probably reply with some lies; I have figured out the company, just like bad money!

By far the worst platform I have ever tried to use and I am a d*mn financial consultant and engineer. Pulling my funds and going elsewhere
