I needed a copy of my marriage…

I needed a copy of my marriage certificate from 1984 in Mexico City with an official apostille for the German authorities.
I sent emails to a number of lawyers in Mexico City and one to Mexperience - no reply from the lawyers but straight away a reply from Mexperience saying they could help me and put me in touch with Adriana and Maricela from Yestomex. I read the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to go with them. I had excellent and quick service, they located my marriage certificate in the Registro Civil, got an official copy and they had it apostiled and all for a reasonable price and easy to pay with Paypal

I had a perfect experience

I had a perfect experience. I just received my temporary residency for two years yesterday. The fee from Mexperience was reasonable. They sent the paperwork and scheduled my appointment. I recommended this company to several people who were at the immigration office as well as multiple friends who wanted to know how I got it done so quick.

If you are like me and do not want go back-and-forth from
Immigration (the paperwork is very specific and the employees are VERY finicky on what is accepted), this company is for you.

YAY!

Efficient visa support

Worked with Adriana Cruz to convert a temporary residence card to a canje. Adriana was very proactive with the list of documents, and set up an appointment in Queretaro. Took about 2 hours and I walked out with my residence card. She made the process very easy.

Whilst useful for the U.K

Whilst useful for the U.K. end of applying for my permanent visa for Mexico, they totally let me down on the second part of the process. As a result it cost me the best part of £1000 extra. Their process was inadequate and then they tried to cover it up and blame the system rather than accept they made a mistake.

Dear Nigel,

You made a request for immigration support via our website and we referred you to our immigration associate to help with your Mexico residency application.

You and your wife arrived in Mexico in November 2024 to exchange the residency visa stamps in your passports for residency cards.

The information we publish makes it clear that it can take up to three weeks for a residency visa to be processed and exchanged for a residency card at the immigration office in Mexico.

After investigating the complaint you made to us with our associate, we sent you a comprehensive response which also included a detailed timeline and description of the events as recorded on our associate's case notes.

There was a genuine government-system issue at the time while processing your visas--it was not a "cover-up" as you claim. This caused a slight delay that was completely outside of the control of our associates. Our associates invited you back to their office in Mexico City to send an email to the immigration authorities asking if they would expedite part of the process for you due to the system issue.

Your residency card was authorized and issued two days after the appointment date our associates helped you to schedule; your wife's card was authorized six days after that appointment date (including a weekend), but she did not go to the immigration office to get the card until three days after that because, by your own volition, you took a side trip and were not in Mexico City (where you had filed) when her card was authorized.

Our associate accompanied you at the immigration office four times and did not charge you any more than the fixed fee they quoted in advance for their service.

Our associate made earnest efforts to help you and your wife throughout the situation in Mexico, and assisted you to obtain your residency cards inside the typical timescales.
