Meyba: A Cautionary Tale of Customer Frustration
Meyba is a complete disappointment:
They consistently ignore customer inquiries
Never respond to questions
Failed to deliver promised services
I was forced to claim a refund through PayPal
Their 10% newsletter discount is a deceptive marketing trick
Recommendation: Avoid Meyba at all costs. This appears to be a fraudulent operation that does not respect basic customer service standards.
Quick delivery without any problems
Ordered item on Tuesday without checking out reviews. Was initially concerned but item delivered Friday by DHL. Both DHL and Meyba kept me informed, won’t hesitate to use again

Ordered a FC Barcelona retro jersey on February the 3rd and today (march 18th) I’m still waiting for it. They don’t answer the phone calls nor the emails. They’re not serious. They’re throwing away the legacy of the original brand.
A brand that I love BUT ...
A brand that I love, I have about 20 items of their clothing. But they cheat with their products. From t-shirts (60€) with a different logo / design from the web, without explanation on their part, to items of dubious quality.

Like many others on here ordered Beatles merchandise which part of the order was a Christmas present. Order was placed on 21st November despite trying to make contact with this company on numerous occasions it's been pointless. Do not order cause I honestly think they don't have a clue what they are doing. I ordered this after hearing the owner of the company on talksport plugging the shirt how I wish I was listening to a different station that day. I am looking into how to make an official complaint about Meyba under the sale of goods act. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Ordered a Beatles shirt in November 4 emails later , first date for shipping was 4th December this was cancelled until 18 th December with a promise for delivery before Christmas
What an absolute shambles, to say I’m upset is an understatement, so disappointed for my son in law who will have nothing from us for Christmas
Use at your peril
Would never order from this company again. They blatantly lied and said my item (ordered in November so in plenty time before Christmas) would be delivered before Christmas, even sending an email assuring me of this. Despite this, it hasn’t arrived and there has been zero communication from the company as to when I might expect this, I have also chased this three times to no avail. Had I received prior communication it would likely not be here for Christmas in advance, I would have ordered something else as a present instead but because of their assurance it would be here on time I trusted them, which was a mistake.
Judging by the other reviews this has happened a number of times, definitely exercise caution if using this company as in my experience they are not good to their word and their communication is non-existent.

Ordered on 25th Nov…spent £300+ on Beatles gear for my son for Christmas. Told by email it would be with me by Christmas & had to chase for a rude response from customer services saying it won’t be here - no confirmation as to when I can expect it! Taken the money & no gifts for my son for Christmas. Shame you don’t have the decency or balls to put out an email apologising for your shortcomings. Horrendous customer service. Never again. I’m sure the Beatles reps will not be pleased.

First and last time ordering from this company.
Placed a pre-order for a top on the 21st of November and I’m still waiting for my order to be dispatched over 4 weeks later.
I’ve emailed customer services to query the delivery and to see if I will receive my order before Christmas as it’s intended to be a gift for someone and they said, ‘We are trying to dispatch the pre-order before Christmas’ - so it’s highly unlikely that it will arrive in time now.
If I’d have known that there was a chance of it not being delivered before Christmas then I would have ordered something else from somewhere else.
Will never order from this company again.

Ordered shirt in mid November and still haven’t received it. It’s now 21st December. I’ve received one E-mail telling me it will be with me before Christmas. This company is clearly inept and has no consideration for its customers.
I won’t be ordering anything again from them.
Should have known by looking at their website. Looks like a 9 year old designed it with zero size references or necessary information. Never again.
**UPDATE**
It's now December 26th and having received an Email mid December informing me that my order would be guaranteed to reach me by Christmas. Needless to say I haven't received it or any follow up emails. today is December 26th.
Their incompetence is astounding. How they stay in business is beyond me. They clearly have no organisation or management capable of offering customer service to clients.
I will post more updates on here as it happens.

Ordered an item 21st November specifically for Christmas and every time I enquire about delivery this company sends an email saying shipment is delayed. I have now been told it will not be until after 27th December!! No indication was given at the time of ordering that it would takes months for the item to be delivered.

Ordered an item on day of release 21st November for a birthday present. Was told on 28th November it would ship 1st week December but now being told it will be another 2 weeks !
Still waiting for a refund...
Returned a couple of items before Christmas and I have heard absolutely nothing about it.
I have emailed, phoned and messaged on socials and have been completely ignored by all. Genuinely started to wonder if I'd been duped into buying from a fake company. Really really disappointed.
