Ordered a Joe Wicks pan from kitchen.bodycoach.com. Presumed the Joe Wicks/BodyCoach name would mean something but no, my money has been taken, no confirmation e mail, no answers to my many e mails, no product and when I contact Bodycoach.com, they say its not their responsibility - its the Meyer Group. How can a company be allowed to continue advertising like this and surely some of the responsibility lies with the Joe Wicks brand.

Awful. Not going to waste time giving detail on how bad this company are but for your own sake avoid.

Like many others I feel I’ve been scammed by Circulon / Meyer Group. Ordered Circ46986 two Pan sets and paid for next day delivery. 2 days later only 1 arrived. Impossible to contact, won’t let you log a true feedback review and dishonestly respond to emails with a generic auto cheery ‘Thank you for letting us know you found your answer’ where? when? I didn’t! Social media rolling out the generic Covid restrictions excuse to so many victims. How about they redeploy some of their avid sales staff to dealing with them? Sounds to me like these are due to go bust and are not going to send my second set of pans. I can’t afford to donate £50 to scammers so I will now have to approach PayPal for a refund for them and the postage. Trading standards definition of being scammed is if you paid for something that you didn’t receive and can’t contact the seller! I will be reporting Circulon/Meyer group to them and also Action Fraud. I suggest that a large proportion of these reviewers do too to hopefully get them investigated.

DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR. I ordered items never received or delivered however you want to put it. Been trying the contact us form 4 times for a few weeks now nothing back. Sent two via PayPal nothing.
You should be embarrassed about this as you have failed in every way. I will never deal with you again. Please do the decency and now refund me as due to your failings I had to go and purchase new items from a proper company who must say were fantastic thanks Tefal.

I think we are seeing Meyer Group descending into Administration and Fore-Closure, thus defaulting on any further call upon all of our 10 yr Guarantees.
I’ve been foolish enough to attempt follow up on Two faulty pressure cookers in less than eighteen months, first one luckily was a refund, second one still awaiting their response. Both woefully inadequate workmanship (both fully manual) there were NO complex components to break/ other than very poor workmanship, regretfully sourced in the third world (with the distress that can cause the labourers).
They are out of contact. . . I will keep the forum posted.
If you are considering a purchase from the PRESTIGE division I would advise against.

Ordered a casserole dish, money taken, no confirmation email, no response from customer service , no product delivered.

Customer service is woeful. They tried to rip me off for postage by claiming that Inverness was not on the UK mainland. I chose to buy another product from another company. They don't deserve your custom!

Frantic - lost £60 in dealing with this company.
Returned a casserole that was too large asking for smaller one. Received an email to say that they had it and would I like something else. Responded. Heard nothing more for over a month. Keep on filling in forms online, but receive no response.
Wish I had never got involved with Meyer.

Dreadful customer service. Trying to get a replacement hold down cup for a 3 year old Prestige pressure cooker but not shown as spareable on Meyer website. Emailed Meyer 2 weeks ago with all the details but no one has managed to answer my simple question - where can I get one, and if I cant do they expect me to throw away a 3 year old pressure cooker!

This 2 bob bit company have gone to great lengths to make it impossible to contact them. I haven't received my order of a pan set and cannot get hold of them. Their base is 15 minutes away from me yet I am still waiting for the order. They DO NOT answer emails, you just get a ticket number. How much longer can p*ss poor companies blame COVID for not answering emails? If you are working at home, you still get your emails. There is an online form that you can fill in but it doesn't expose the bottom of the form allowing you to progress. Obviously MEYER use the same incompetent monkeys for their IT as they do for their delivery and customer service. I managed to find a phone number hidden in the depths of Amazon but it is just a recorded message leading you back to the online form that doesn't work. Looks like I will have to go to the small claims court to get my money back from these criminals. My advice, stay away from these incompetent cowboys.

I agree with other reviewers - really poor customer service. Claimed under their guarantee for Circulon pans and a frying pan that had the nonstick coating failing. After a response that said they would honour the guarantee and replace the pans - great - BUT nothing then happened. No reply to subsequent emails at all for over 2months now and a phone line that doesn't work. And my fried eggs keep sticking to the pan...

I ordered a kettle and toaster from the Meyer Group Kitchenware Express range which arrived completely the wrong colour. After several emails were sent with no response, I launched a PayPal case against them to get my money back. They finally replied to me after I filed the dispute and said that I would have to pay the cost of returning the items even though they’d sent the wrong ones! I told them they were the wrong colour and they said because they weren’t faulty they wouldn’t pay the return postage. So I returned them at my own cost - which wasn’t cheap and they still didn’t give me a refund! I emailed them several times to get my money back as the items were returned successfully because they were signed for. PayPal had to eventually refund me the cost of the items, not the Meyer group. This process all took about 3 months to complete. I would avoid purchasing with this company at all costs! Horrendous customer service, incorrect items sent and no refund!

Meyer Group - Also selling under other names
Circulon - Kitchenware Express - Prestige - Joe Wicks and more.....
Purchase a frying pan from Kitchenware Express, took the money straight away, no confirmation, no delivery 3 weeks later and no reply to 3 customer service email in a week. Disgusting
My second bad experience with these people - the first was with their Circulon shop - BEWARE

I have two pans from the Joe Wicks range, one of which was unfortunately faulty. A member of staff from that branch of the company named Dan has delivered excellent customer service, honouring the generous two year warranty and sending me a replacement for the pan which was faulty. Very impressed with just how kindly my enquiry was treated.

I purchased a Prestige Stainless Steel pressure cooker about 10 years ago (unable to find receipt). Whilst searching for an item on the Prestige website, I found a notice issued by Prestige in April 2012 concerning a voluntary recall of the pressure cooker (lid only). More out of hope than expectation, I emailed Prestige Customer Services this morning, received an email from them a couple of hours later advising me of a CC number I should call, which I did, and my replacement lid is now on it's way to me. I regard that as service far better than I could have reasonably expected given the age of the cooker and how long ago the recall was issued. Full marks to Prestige and their customer support.

I brought the Circulon Infinite pans from John Lewis, I had been informed that these were the best on the market, there were no reviews at the time to read. I brought them in good faith. The pans are very solid and well made to a point, they are quite heavy but I like that in a pan. My big issue is with the so called non-stick it's CRAP to say the least. On the box when you read it in the shops it says this: Metal Utensils Safe!!! Then in the box it then says this: We recommend you use wooden or plastic utensils, Heavy use of metal utensils will damage the non stick! Other brands tell you not to use metal. It is clear to anyone using a non stick pan that metal will damage the non stick surface. In the cleaning instructions it says: clean surface with a dish cloth after each use, remove food and grease particles which may settle into the non stick finish - If It Is Non-Stick Nothing Should Sick Or Settle Into The Finish!!! My Eaziglade Never Stick 2 pans, I use them and clean them, with no silly stupid information as above! Lets carry on with the stupidity - For best results only use products which clearly state that they are suitable for cleaning Non stick pans, no other non stick pans request this! A spotted white film (minerals from water, starch from food) will form on the surface. The white film can be removed by rubbing the non stick surface with sponge that has been dipped in lemon juice or vinegar! Then why is it that no other company requests the same as you do? Why can you not accept that your so called non stick is just not good enough! I no that it's not good enough. I would highly recommend that no one buys these pans until such time as the Meyer Group pull there socks up and actually changes there non stick to NON-STICK!!! Please look at Eaziglide Never Stick, these are very good pans.
