Never received product was charged $33.99 for the initial product never received then a couple weeks later charge $27.99 which was unauthorized by me. It is a total scam and I can’t believe I fell for it. I usually read reviews about a company before I even purchase. But I’m getting my money back and I canceled my card. What losers don’t order from this company they’ll just take your money

I was charged for a membership I did not authorize. There was no clear unsubscribe option on the website, which made it difficult to cancel. The service provided was not as advertised and fell far below expectations in terms of quality. I have requested that any membership linked to this email be cancelled immediately. Extremely disappointing experience.

Do not buy! I bought eyelashes in January, I wrote to them every week since February! The customer service changes every time! I asked to ship it again, they didn't and gave me no refund... 7 months later still no product and they stole my money!

Plain and simple DO NOT BUY!!! They are garbage, cheap and all other words associated with the above description!

Lashes took nearly two weeks to arrive. When they did they don’t work. Magnets are positioned wrong and they don’t fit my eye. Don’t waste your money!!!

The lashes they send are nothing like the ones shown in their videos, which supposedly have a full magnet strip. Instead, you get lashes with just three tiny magnets spaced out along the strip. They are also way too wide, and you can’t trim them to fit your eyes because the magnets are placed at the very ends—so if you cut them, you remove a magnet and make them unusable.
I asked for a refund, and they agreed to give me 50% back, but I’ve never received anything. They’ve also stopped responding to my emails.

no stars for you! I never receive my order .you are scam. I purchased in February, two months and nothing. Send e mails , in the beginning they respond with an apology and after words disappear. I ask for my money back but not an answer ....

I had a very disappointing experience with Meylora Lashes. First of all, the product quality is far below expectations — the lashes look and feel cheap, and they definitely don't match the glamorous presentation on the website.

But the worst part is the hidden subscription. After making what I thought was a one-time purchase, I was unknowingly enrolled in a monthly subscription that automatically charges your account. This was not clearly disclosed during checkout, and it feels intentionally misleading.

Trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare — the process is complicated, and customer support is slow to respond (if at all). It feels like they’re banking on people giving up out of frustration.

This company is not trustworthy in my opinion. I strongly recommend avoiding Meylora Lashes — both for the poor-quality products and the shady business practices.

Awful customer service, terribly lashes that are near impossible to put on.

Do not buy from this company they are scammers. It's not true what they said about there lashes I bought the lashes serum and curl a months ago from them I returned everything the next day. Wrote them an email send picture of the eyelashes been used the magnet don't work at all, I told them to refund my money and they still haven't sent me the money back. Oh and then they tell you to sent your item and they gave me the wrong zip code.

Don't bother. I spent $70 to buy 6 sets. They don't sit naturally at all. The magnets are placed in weird spots making it impossible to fit everyone who tries them. I'm really disappointed.

Bought 2 sets magnetic lashes & a lash growth serum on March 19, 2025 via their online site. Paid RM 347.38 (including shipping apparently!) Its more than TWO months now and no sight of the products!!
Emails communication with them have proven futile too. Definitely a scam! ;(

The product is not as advertised, you can buy the same on amazon for 8 euro. It is not a full marneticline, just 3 small magnets, that do not hold.

DO NOT BUY!!! The lashes won't come off the applicator when you try to apply them and it is impossible to even get them close to your lashline nicely. The magnets are a joke and would 100% not stay on even if you did manage to get them to stick to your lashes somehow. One of the biggest shopping scams of my life.

I was not satisfied with their magnetic eyelashes and requested a refund as per their website before the 30-day satisfaction guarantee was up. They took a long time to even acknowledge my initial request. They tried to convince me to keep the product but I declined as I was not satisfied. Eventually they said they would refund my money and I would hear back from their refunds department. It has has been over 1.5 months since that response and I have not heard from their refunds department at all to this day. I have been trying to contact the business for over 2 weeks and no response from them. EXTREMELY disappointed that a company who says they stand by their product won’t fulfill the satisfaction guaranteed motto when it comes to refunding when a customer is not happy with their product. I will not be doing business with them again. And will tell others not to either.

I ordered the natural and simple. I received something else. I requested for it to be replaced and they said they would. Two weeks later, still no replacement so I asked for a refund. It was supposed to be a gift and birthday has passed. They replied with it takes 5-10 business days for refund to be credited back to your credit card and to reach out if it's past 15 business days. I reached out after 15 days has passed. It's now been over a month and have not received any response. So disappointing.

Scam, do not purchase from this company

Wasn’t satisfied with the lashes. Sent an email for a refund and they responded back with a return address for me to send it back to. I went to the post office to send it back and they said it’s not a valid address. Now Meylora is not responding to my emails for a valid address

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 pairs, they took forever to ship, 1 pair was damaged, I emailed immediately, they responded and I told them all my information, but it has been over 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back about what they will do. I wrote a 1 star review on the companies website and they still haven’t posted it. They will only post 4-5 star reviews.
