I bought a portable hard drive. It doesn't work. Contacted the company for refund, I receive very generic answers and after 20 days they ask me to provide a video of the hardware not working. I provided a video and they started sending me same email that they are look on the case and the are sorry blablabla. One and half months of reminder and when i lose hope, I finally received a refund. I believe they were hoping that I would get tired of reminders and forget about it. I don't think I will buy again from this site.

They sent me the wrong colour of an iphone case. Also it was broken when it arrived. I wanted to send it back but I am in europe and they want me to send it back to china...

Rubbish! Don’t be fooled . Prices is inflated . Products are cheap Chinese items. I purchased leather boots : arrived rammed into a grey bag which was split and boots plastic and cheap !
I have been scammed out of £118 . I have tried to contact the company but no reply . I paid via PayPal so have reached out to them for help to get my money back .. DONOTBUY

I received my parcel “Elegant and Warm Winter Parka Lined with Fur”
The product is defective:
the size is significantly smaller than advertised,
the quality is extremely poor,
and one of the buttons came off as soon as I opened the parcel.

Tried to make a return but they ignored me completely!
Absolutely scam!

Yeah, I've been scammed. Didn't check before, website looked legit (supposedly based in Amsterdam), I should have known better.

Ordered a lamp, took 6 weeks to arrive, tracking link was not working, packaging was dubious (thick glue smell, lots of polystyrene crumbling), the main
threaded rod is too short for assembly, glass lamp shade has defects (bubbles and uncolored scratches)

Big scam,

I ordered a poncho when it arrived i discovered that it was absolutely not what I ordered. I sent them a mail to return it and get my money back and they refused to pay me back even though it is totally their mistake and not me that changes my mind about a product.

Total SCAM!!
Low-quality products!!
I want to make a return. it's been 10 days and no one answered calls.
I put at least 10 messages for them. no answers.

DO not recommend it at all!!
