After our successful application to EUSS Family Permit for my mother, we used MGBe Legal services again for the following application of pre-settled status. Gabriella once again demonstrated top level knowledge and dedication. In spite of our application having higher chances for success this time, she still had been very thorough, making sure that every possible query is addressed and there is no room for misinterpretation. As the result we received a communication about the positive outcome the day after the application was submitted!

With Gabriella's help I managed to obtain my EU Settled Status. My application was rather complex (and late), but still with her knowledge in immigration law and determination, it was approved.
We had to sort my documents for the application in a really short time but with her support we managed to submit it within the given time frame. I had to wait six months for the decision, and I had moments when I was anxious about the outcome, but Gabriella was reassuring me whenever I reach out to her, if there were any updates. She was patient with me throughout the whole process, even when I had difficulty getting my papers in order or when I needed some encouragement. She was both professional and caring throughout the entire process. I can wholeheartedly say that she is not just an amazing solicitor but a lovely person.
