Started with no expectations but ended up being extremely impressed. This is an impressive broker.

I requested to withdraw the money from my MGClogic account (request made in 27.05.2019)... till today 26.11.19 I don't receive any money from them.
Big Warning ...Fraud !!!

Pretty sure this is a scam, cancelled my debit card and driving licence as a precaution against identity theft. Waiting to see if money comes back like I’ve been promised. Steer well clear people!

Just received my money back, still not convinced it’s not a scam. I am in fact wondering if the scam is they get your identity. Advise everyone to renew bank card and driving licence as a precaution.

I Registered in this platform on 15/10/2019.
Dinna from MGC Logic convinced me to register into their company by saying that if you don't like it you can close your account in the next few days. So I registered, After few hours I noticed that their website is too complicated and takes lots of my time and it is not for me. So I asked to close my account and reverse my deposit . However, they said if you want to close your account you need to withdraw your deposit from your account. I have been sending many emails asking them to follow this problem up but answer as yet.
I am asking how this can happen?they get the money in few seconds but when it comes to reverse the payment takes days to be completed?
Look like they are playing up??
AFTER ONE WEEK:
Still waiting for my payment to be reversed.
Despite couple phone calls, emails and promises, nothing has happened as yet .
They are not replying to my emails any more.
I will update you about my case in the future.

Guys, Do your research before any investment.

Since i have been in this company for four months...what i have realized is they are failling on customer service...n i have traded but no support from my account manager since they have told me he went for holidays two months back,now i just withdrawn my remaining balance coz i dont see a use of being in dis company,since i withdrawn on the 19/09/2019 and i am sending emails but no response...i am just tired of sending emails...account ID:190621046018

I wrote a review which was not very good about this company, I now feel that it was unjustified and on part my own fault for the lack of communication with my handler, I wish to retract my last review and categorical state they have gone out of their way to assist in the sorting of my account. I also wish to apologize for any misunderstanding on my part. Thank you John Cooper for your help.

I opened a account with this company and paid 300 euros, I was called by one of the adviser's but could not understand anything he said. He said he would call the next day at a pre arranged time but that never happened, I waited two days and nothing, I asked for my account to be closed and five week later I am still waiting, I would not recommend MGC Logic to anyone. I have also sent several emails and still no reply.

I've been with MGC logic for a couple of months and it was going well with their trading platform, as I was making good profits. However the last month or so I've been requesting to withdraw my funds and they have been ignoring me, which is what a scam business does.

So please avoid this company by all means unless you don't to get you're money back.

Edit: I can confirm that they have paid me the full amount and that the issue was just a miscommunication between the two of us. So other that miscommunication I had with MGCLogic, I can say they have a solid platform and they are reliable after all. Will be trading more in the near future with them

I do not trust this company at all.....after being directed to their site via Facebook and signing up I received a phone call from a very "Pushy" salesman/broker, I had paid the minimum investment but hadn't got to the "verify account" stage, after the call from the Salesman I was very put off and decided that I didn't want to continue with the process....it has now been over 6 weeks and several emails later to a support person at MGC Logic and they have still not refunded my investment.
One email I received from them stated that my withdrawal request had been approved and that the funds have been transferred but there is no evidence of funds reaching my Credit Card.
Be very wary of this Company.

Yes payment was refunded.....however it took 6 weeks and several emails and this review before I was contacted

Update (2019/07/31): Ok so after I published this review the first time round, I was contacted the next day by the account Manager from MGC Logic and they did pay me my withdrawal today. Sad that I had to go the these extremes to get reaction but at least it was resolved and I am now feeling better about this.
Thank you would be in order to say for the efforts, specifically Mark Goldman - he really kept following through until my problem was resolved.

I am battling to get my withdrawal from them, called them, emailed and emailed - just no response. Once the account manager called me to say that I never gave them my bitcoin address and I them immediately forwarded this to them. I am no fraudster I just want my money that is mine paid back to me.
If they pay me I will withdraw my review but I am so sick of trying. I have proof of all emails sent to them to proof I am not lying.

Update 2nd August 2019 - After posting the original review I was contacted by the account manager at MGL Logic and the withdrawal request was settled speedily and came through on 31st July. Many thanks to Mark Goldman at MGL who personally took control and sorted it for me. However, it is a shame that a customer needs to go to such lengths to get a request actioned.

Withdrawal request not actioned, when setting up an account with MGC deposits are made instantaneously, however withdrawal requests seem to drag on and on, even after repeated email communications with MGC, just like other reviewers have indicated. My requested for a withdrawal was made on 9th July and to date 26th July still NOT actioned!

I saw an attractive, yet probable fake post on Facebook that the first 100 people to comment ‘yes’ will receive a free £200. I commented. Shortly afterwards the poster tagged me with a link. I clicked and was drawn in. Bitcoin has risen for the first time in years and there is potential to make money. Somehow I completely forgot about the original 'free money post' that initially drew me in.

Bruce Laine, probably a made up name, from the Welcome department rang me with charm, a fun approach and an American accent. I said I don’t usually gamble. His reply, probably from a script, it is not gambling, it is based on analysis and logistics. What a gullible muppet I am.

Next caller from Chris Harvey, Chief investment officer, first division investments. Quite pushy to show me how to deposit my money but charming at the same time. American accent. Stupidly I deposited £250.

Next I receive multiple calls from new names saying thanks for registering with so and so trading company etc.. one called Conceptx4. Very pushy. Even though I had arranged for a 10am call but still had multiple calls. One said, we have changed our bank details, I said I have already deposited money in your account, I can see it. he said that is a bonus as your card failed! Then it clicked he was lying. He said you need to cancel the £250 to the other bank details and deposit to this new one. It was then I realised MGCLOGIC had passed on my details to other companies. So I contact Chris Harvey and he advices me not to sign anything with the other companies and to say that I am already trading with MGC LOGIC.. I think now they have multiple companies with different names because today I received a call from a 0203 number which looked like these other companies that were calling me and I later blocked.

Back to MGC Logic, in order to verify your account you need to upload proof of I.D. after receiving a barage of calls I thought it best not to send any documents to anyone. After agreeing that the multiple calls from other companies was very fishy Chris Harvey completely turned on me saying things like ‘I will not waste time with you to persuade you about us’ and asking for a good review ‘Look, lets not run around in circles, at the end of the day satisfied clients are going to go out enjoying their returns and the unsatisfied clients will go online and blame everyone but themselves.
When is the last time you left a good review about something you like? We're an investment firm that flows millions of dollars a year not some restaurant looking to get a good review on their $10 salad’ Well I always leave good reviews if I enjoy something.

After ringing my bank for advice and asking about whether the transaction took place they told me I sent 17985.60 Rubels (Russian currency) to a company called ‘Q*R2‘ based in Moscow. Also another charge was taken for £6.65 for a non sterling transaction. I told them the whole ordeal and they told me even if I were to make a profit, a credit card cannot accept a transaction/ refund/ withdrawal higher than what is initially spent.

I requested a withdrawal of my only deposit on the 3rd of July and it is still processing. I still received calls from other trading companies thanking me for registering, which I haven’t.

Update: My funds were returned on the 22/07 and a phone call from Mgclogic apologising for the amount of time I waited. They explained it took so long because I hadn't sent my documents which is fair enough.

Deposited minimum amount and requested Withdrawal on 20th June. It is now 3rd July and still no closer to getting my money back. Happy to update when I get my money back, but as of now absolutely nothing has been done despite chasing them on Chat and email.

i have been trading with MGC Logic for the past 4 weeks or there about and my account is verified.
i absolutely love the simplicity of the platform. it is easy to understand and offers so much information that i feel other platforms do not.
at first my trades were not very successful however as time moved on they got more successful. i had an account manager who would call me daily give me tips and help me make profits, as well as advise if i put more money in i would increase my profit margin, which i agree to be correct, however i was reluctant to invest any more of my own money until i was satisfied with the platform. i am now at the stage where i would consider investing more money to maximize my returns however there is a slight problem.
i requested a withdrawal of $1500 and have had no luck so far. unless i am able to withdraw funds how can i trust them to invest more of my own funds.
these are just the fact no verdict so far.
i will re post in a week regarding the outcome

They are by definition Scammers. They call you daily and the use the professional language to impress you, but they know what they are doing. are Professional Scammers.
If you are stupid like me and you send the money, I can tell, you will not see that money again.
I already raise this problem whit the local authorities and I can send a proof for unbelievers.

I'm sure the guy who responds here is not a customer.
I invested something like 150,000 and pulled more than 300,000 last month thanks to the rise of the BTC. I trade with MGCLOGIC and recommend to everyone I love to invest with this platform.

This is a scam, do not trust. They will take your money and then hound you for more payments. There is no option to cancel or close your account once opened. One big scam.
