The company makes quality shoes and I have been a loyal customer for many years. The one star here is for unresponsive customer service. I inquired about a shoe that I had purchased three times already to see if it would be available going forward in the same or in different colors. I reached out four different times over the course of six months to no avail. I have now switched my loyalty to a competitor and will not buy from this company again.

I feel in love with M. GEMI brand, and bought a pair of Cerchio, because these stylish leather sneakers go above and beyond similar designs. They are masterfully crafted for an elegant appearance and comfort to the feet, thanks to the cushion soles! I have wide feet, therefore, I ordered half a size up, and they fit true to my size. I highly recommend M. GEMI brand.

I recently bought a second pair of the Filare men’s loafers. Needed to have a back up pair I love my first ones so much. I wish they would bring back the Esperto. I would buy another two pairs! They are excellent dress shoes and made in Italy too.

Excellent shoes. They come very quickly.I love everything I have purchased and find myself buying quite a few pairs. Every time I’ve had a problem with them it was fixed immediately even the one time I messed up my payment myself and had to change it they were awesome to help. I don’t know which I love more, their customer service or their shoes.
