Hello I bought an apartment in Carroz from MGM ten years ago....a nightmare like other people on this page. They sold a"luxury" appartement but after the sale, we had very bad smell inside. I wrote them and called them many times, they never answered and rudely ignored me. After several years and knowing I had a time frame of ten years to go to court, I got a lawyer and went to court to oblige them to come and see for themselves. An expert came and found a hole around one of the water pipes, causing the smell (from the sewage). The MGM plumber came and closed off the hole. It took us three years.... I am still waiting for them to pay what they owe us for all this!! Unfortunately MGM constructors only listen to lawyers .....

If you plan to buy an apartment from MGM don't ever pay full amount of the price before everything is finished. We did this mistake and still - after 7 months of the delivery of apartment - the list of the unfinished work is 3 pages long. As soon as MGM has got your money they stop answering to your e-mails and calls and simply stop doing anything. Prepare to have your lawyers ready for MGM!

We have been very disappointed with the general service from MGM on buying a new apartment. Communication is terrible and it is almost impossible to get replies by email or phone. The apartment is in a fabulous position, terrific views but the experience has been marred by MGM's reluctance to finish the common areas and correct some shoddy workmanship on the apartment.

Having purchased a new apartment off plan MGM have been a complete nightmare to deal with. The standard of finish is poor, and trying to get them to come back on site and complete works according to the contract has been like pulling teeth. Emails and letters go unanswered for weeks.
