I phoned your Musselburgh branch to try and make an order after my brother had picked up an order from there and the wood had fallen off his truck, I got a man on the man saying “well that was a bit stupid” as to the wood falling off his truck.
It was unnecessary and rude and won’t be ordering from you again. Unfortunately having someone trying to pitch in saying that was ‘stupid’ at an already stressful time when I was only trying to order more wasn’t the customer help I thought I’d get on the end of the phone.

Positive Experience

Top company.
Used online ordering service several times recently. Orders were acknowledged and telephone calls received promptly to confirm timber was ready for pickup. Staff at reception and warehouse were polite and helpful. Pricewise they are very competitive and I would highly recommend them for all building materials requirements.

Quality at a fair price.
Good quality decking delivery as stated and kept informed as to delivery time, driver also very helpful. 4.8 meter boards and only 1 with slight bend out of 40 purchased to can't complain.

First time using and mixed experience
First time using and mixed experience. Used click and collect and then discovered could be 3 hours wait. Would you expect someone turning up to wait 3hrs? Small simple order. I turned up after 2hrs and got served but don’t think I’ll use again. A lot of polava with paperwork and collecting. Hope they improve their processes. Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I placed my order online and recieved an email the next day letting me know delivery availability and to chose what suited me best. On delivery day communication was great and the delivery driver happily chatted to me through my doorbell as i was at work, he then single handedly unloaded my delivery and placed it nice and neat in my driveway making sure i could still park. Best customer service ive had in a long time will use again.
