Drop off and pick up worked very well without delay and handover/collection took minimal time. Great service.

Instructions to LHR short term car park for pick up on return from Terminal 3 Arrivals exit after Customs could be expanded as limited in route/ lift content to assist after long flight and tiredness.

Friendly staff, prompt delivery and collection of car and car brought back in same condition as it was collected in.

This valet service worked perfectly as they were able to use the short term car park at terminal 5. The driver was waiting to take the car on time and on our return we only had to wait about 5 minutes before the car arrived. Excellent stress free service

Great price for pick up and drop. T5 worked very well as it is direct drop off to departues and pick up from arrivals. Can't comment on other Terminals.

It was all very simple. I booked, rang before I arrived, handed the car over, then when I returned I rang, collected the car and drove home. Easy! They were smart, well informed and the paperwork was simple to follow. Have booked with them again already.

Was easy to book, good communication and instructions on directions. Car delivered and collected right by the terminal, better than any parking and drop off!.............. Good value also!

Service received was as I might expect to have. No hassle and it worked fine.

For little more than a long stay carpark you can drop your car at the airport and then it is waiting for you when you get back. No shuttle buses. Great.

The service was as mentioned on the website and the people waiting at the airport were polite and professional. I highly recommend this service to anyone. The convenience before and after a flight is indescribable and the price was excellent.

I turned up this time with the wrong dates on my return. They accommodated without any problem. I had to pay for the extra day, naturally, but only when I got back. No fuss.

Fine when dropped off, on return told one level of car park, waited there for 15 mins when told car was on another floor. Condition of car on return was also poor,could have cleared all the leaves etc, looked a right mess ,
On a good note, texts where very useful for drop off and return.

Didn't have to wait long for the guy to meet me to collect the car, and didn't have to wait long when collecting.

I can't give 5 stars as have had very poor treatment previously, to the extent that this time was on the house. However, I would consider using MGP again based on this experience.

I have been using MGP for a while and they have never disappointed on both price and service. Highly recommended.
