Gave extra 4 hours of training time. To achieve my past on folk l the trainers never gave up despite me trying to get him to give up. ! Never accepted i could pass Great training with passion of support for me to achieve my goals

I recently completed my Level 3 Supervising Mental Health First Aid with Laura, I found her to be very professional and offered excellent support before, during and after the training was completed. Laura was very responsive to messages and her easy going open nature made everyone feel comfortable and able to voice their opinions and participate in the discussions. I would not hesitate to recommend doing this training with this company

Can’t fault them. The new office / training room created a comfortable and appropriate learning environment. The trainer had good subject knowledge and made quite a dry subject Engaging.
