This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud, Chris Nelson in particular. He assured that my car was produced in August 2020, but when I received it, it was May 2019. He also lost the second key and messed up the car docs, all of which didn't allow me to register and use my car for 3 months after l received it.
Also, Alistair Benn, CEO, MHH International, is a dishonest person: he asked me to alow him some time to answer my last email, but never replied.
In summary, I sustained a huge loss and inconvenience from this company. Avoid it.
Legal action is in order and will start soon.

Your allegations of fraud are deeply disappointing. We have passed all information to our solicitors who will respond in due course. To respond to your specific points:
- The details we shared were provided by the main supplying dealer.
- As you know, the key unfortunately was lost by DHL for which we refunded you the replacement costs within 24 hours.
- There was a paperwork error which was highly irregular and was rectified at the first possible opportunity.
- Alistair responded to you by email within the agreed time (11th March 5pm).
Naturally, we take our customer service very seriously and remain committed to delivering excellent service for all our customers.

His choice in guiding me on the color , and other features on the SVR was better then my expectations when the car arrived in Fiji. Few months back I was planning to import a car form UK into Fiji and I found the perfect car on Facebook so I contacted Alister and the team from MHH and they did a wonderful job picking the car up form the seller and handling the money transaction process and organising the shipping .
