Ordered a Xiaomi 14t pro. A little bit of a delay because the colour was sold out, but they got it back in stock when they said they would and the phone arrived quickly after.

Do NOT buy from Mi4 Canada
The first red flag should of been that they arent registered with the BBB (Better Business Bureau)
They send a magic v2 from overseas when their website claimed they had stock in canada. Phone arrived and after 1 week a line of dead pixels appeared on the front screen. I sent back and had to engage with them in emails to get a replacement finally
Replacement arrived. Within 2 weeks the inside screens seemed to have exploded after a couple emails with no response they had me send it to them. No response for 2 months so I emailed asking. They kept saying someone will get back to u in 24 hours but that never happens. I finally had enough and said give me a refund they said accounts will contact me in 24 hours. Nothing. Zip zero. I keep emailing them. Nothing
They expect me to forget about a 2000 dollar phone. Do not. Do not buy from this company.
