I also have been trying to get a refund for months after returning goods, it's the same story as the others.please do not give your money to these people!!

A complete and utter scam! Ordered earrings in March and they have lied about delays, completely stopped answering inquiries and now their website and IG are down. Once they inevitably rebrand and/or relaunch, DO NOT give the the time of day! What they do is criminal!

Total scam! My earrings arrived broken and total crap. I had been requesting a refund since July. They would respond in the beginning saying they were working on my refund. Now I am getting no response

I assume the company has gone bust.. I returned an item, and never got a refund, and now their website is down, so no idea how to contact them.

Complete scam, order never fulfilled and they stopped replying to my queries.

Totally agree with the reviews. I ordered my earrings in May and they never arrived. I contacted the company who said that they had been delivered. I then contacted Australia Post who said the package was redirected back to Singapore due to an error or on the Seller’s request. These guys have not responded to my emails and are complete scammers

Same as many. Ordered back in May. Charged for 2 pair with the discount was given tracking# but never arrived. Customer service saying rest assured they will arrive. So angry and disappointed about this.

Anyone like to fight this, I know it's a lot of effort for a few hundred dollars, but with many people it could be worth the principle?

Mia Bianchi, the company is a complete scam! In May, I was changed twice for my order attempting to utilize a discount. I paid regular price for merch. than applied a discount and was charged for the discounted price. At first I disputed the double charge to no end, but there was no recourse. I finally received merch. and was told to returned it in order to receive refund. After months of correspondence regarding refund NOTHING. I asked them to provide the amount of my refund and account info for which I never received as proof of intention of refund. It's been 6 months with no resolved but only emails guaranteeing false promises of a refund. They have stolen my money and have provided extremely poor customer service.

The Last email sent to me Sept. 24 2020:
Hello Furaha,

We're very sorry you felt that way. Hope you understand that we're trying our best as we can to have your refund credited to your account soon. However, there's not much we can do because of the current situation. Please understand that the coronavirus is currently disturbing everyone, processing at some point on delivery and refund are delayed, offices are not fully staffed and working on the limit. I have gone ahead and again follow up to prioritize your refund.

I ordered jewelry in April, and requested a refund in June. They said the order was in transit. I wrote today and my email bounced back. I think they are a scam. I sent a request to their Facebook page and have not heard back. Do Not Recommend!

Like everyone else here, I placed an order in May. It's now October 1 and the company has stopped responding and the earrings have not arrived. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Their website is taken down for now too. Hopefully the FTC can go after them.

I’ve been waiting four months, still received nothing. I’ve asked several times for a refund and as I asked for one a tracking number “magically” appeared with no ability to actually track it. The company keeps telling me to be patient and refuses to give me a refund.
NEVER order from this garbage company. It’s a SCAM.

I ordered some earrings in May, by August they had not arrived so I requested a refund. Over a month has passed and I’m still waiting for a refund to be ‘processed.’ Extremely frustrating company to deal with, would not recommend at all.

After 4 months, I finally received the earrings I had ordered.

I had been in contact with customer service before the earrings had arrived (and when I was uncertain whether they will arrive at all) and customer service ensured a refund. The refund never came.

After some more time had passed, the earrings finally did arrive but are absolute garbage quality and don't look like the pictures.

So basically, the anticipation was absolutely not worth the wait. And customer service is a huge disappointment with false promises and lack of follow-up.

Scam or not..? Not sure but I ordered on April 12 and have yet to receive anything. Slow and inconsistent replies, excuses galore. “Package sent but never delivered, skeleton staff so please be patient, refund on it way but not arriving”
Steer clear of this one.

I ordered two pairs of earrings in APRIL it’s now JULY.

I then contacted them and they gave me a fake tracking number (the order never moved).

On their Instagram you will notice they don’t allow anyone to comment because myself and others had left comments warning others to not “buy from them”

You will notice they have disabled their Instagram comments so people can’t warn others!

Ordered earrings in May. Never received it and no updates. Now its Sept and I am still trying to get a refund. I recommend not ordering from here. Customer experience has been horrible.

I bought my earrings in May, I never received it and I am still waiting for a refund that I don´t think that I will never get. I don´t care about the money anymore, I am tired to contact Mia team. Just to let people know that this company is horrendous! I will never buy again.

Do not buy from these criminals. I received a rusty pair of earrings. I have complained and complained but still not refunded. Disgusting company.
