It not too bad only thing I don’t like that there was no sound for learning video

Everyone at Miaplaza has always been so helpful and kind. The very first time I contacted for more information I was walked through the curriculum, the process, etc. They answered all my questions and followed up with me afterwards. We have had a great 3 years using all Mia curriculum.

The representative was extremely polite and vey knowledgeable about all of my concerns and questions regarding my daughter’s curriculum.

Always helpful and friendly customer service. They explain everything very well and take the time needed to resolve any issues.

Easy to navigate for my learners. I love that if I feel they have not mastered a goal I can reassign lessons and I can tailor the lessons to whatever level they are at. If I feel like we want to add or remove a subject you can do that and you can simply take out a lesson if you feel like your learner does not need to review it.

It was really simple. It has classes available all the way from kindergarten to 8th and can review any grade level while documenting progress.

So far, we are very very happy with our experience. Our kids were in a microschool and had many learning gaps we were unaware of, starting them in a lower level and allowing for review has been a godsend to us. Within 2 weeks, my daughter has completed a whole years review on some things she's struggled with and can go at her own pace to catch up to where she needs to be.

So excited about trying Miamacdemy this year.

We love Miacademy! It has helped me so much! So many wonderful curriculums to choose from. Well structured and organized. My boys love Justin :)
One thing I wish would be changed is the timer on the typing curriculum. If the child does not finish his session on time, he fails and must try again. My oldest son has cerebral palsy with low tone in his right hand, so it is a bit difficult for him to move his fingers. Typing helps him with mobility and hand dexterity. I do wish they would make the timer optional for those kids that have these kinds of challenges. He is a wonderful story teller! He loves creating scripts and songs. He also has Disgraphia. Writing with a pencil on paper is difficult for him. Typing would be a better option to keep using his hands and strengthening them.

I hope this will be addressed as I would love for his to take the typing course

Very helpful staff. Easy to get a real agent

We have used Mia since my son started kindergarten and we are now in 3rd. I reviewed many other programs prior to choosing Mia and could not find the value in the others. Mia has saved us soo much time and made my homeschool journey 100x easier. I'm incredibly thankful for the platform, the continuous updates and the prompt customer service.. ALWAYS.
