beautiful pieces, great service.
I ordered a bunch of items from this company - all gold pieces as that's my preference. I adore them all but particularly my personalized Paris necklace which I receive many compliments on, it really makes my outfit look elegant. The communication between the company was efficient and prompt when emailing them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
AVOID THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!! I ordered a personlised necklace, when it eventually arrived (took nearly 1 month) the box was empty, no necklace was inside, the packaging was intact and had not been tampered with in any way. I immediately contacted the seller and advised the box was empty and the response I got was that I am a scammer and a liar and the seller blocked me! I have reported this as fraud to my bank and trading standards. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!!
*****Sellers response is a blatant lie this company needs shutting down, she has blocked me on all social media and there is no address or contact number on her website, says it all! Why would any customer lie about not receiving a personalised necklace, makes no sense at all*****
Update **** the customer she is referring to is my 18 year old daughter, of course she does this as a living! seriously what kind of businesss woman are you?!, anyway please please AVOID THIS COMPANY, all this hassle over a personalised necklace that cost £37.50, all she had to do was send a replacement that’s all my daughter wants is the necklace she paid for, anyway visa refund gone through the bank, reported company to trading standards and police, all her messages have been shared on social media aswell**** AVOID!!!!!

I’m sorry, you purchased an item. Packed by myself, I have photo proof from Hermes that it was delivered, also confirmed by the yourself that the packaging was not tampered with or damaged. Mid conversation after realising I would not be issuing a refund, before I had a chance to mention of a new order being sent out, you had blocked the page. Therefore, I refused to help you any further. —
Customer has not been blocked, they have sent multiple hate messages to the business and personal Instagram from multiple accounts. This has been going on all evening, I think the customer does this as a job… as her other review to another business on her page is her trying to get a refund also. All negative reviews from her account, no positive.
