Excellent customer care

Web page is easy to use.
Can't fault their customer care.
When I had an order not delivered, no fault of Mias doggy tuck shop, another one was sent straight away.

Great products, unusably slow fulfillment

First off, if you are in no hurry whatsoever, their product range is great. And it is of course brilliant to get away from the likes of Amazon. But it just. Takes. So. Long. To. Get. Anything...

8 days since my last order and it's still not shipped. Slightly worse than the last couple of orders, but sadly the last time I'll be using them. What puppy parent has the brain power to plan 10 days in advance for treats and chews? She's grown from a medium to a large dog since I placed the order! (Only slightly joking...)
