Not as pictured

Photos of the sweaters on the website showed chunky knit sweaters. What I got was screen print on polyester.
Now company will not allow me to return. I have a chargeback pending, which they are fighting.

SCAM SITE

This is a scam site. I ordered a cardigan for my wife and received something weeks later that looked nothing like what I ordered. The company will not take returns and will give you the run around. I disputed the charge with my cc company. DO NOT ORDER

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. They drop ship the lowest quality of products from China. They ARE NOT a locally owned boutique in Charleston as they represent themselves. Instead of sweaters I received 2 cheaply made sweatshirts (if that’s what you want to call them). Then when you try to return they offer discount for you to keep the items. I got ripped off for $98USD and if I want my money back I have to send product back to china at my cost. I’m reporting them for mail fraud.

Is it possible to give zero stars

Is it possible to give zero stars. Total switch and bait. DO NOT ORDER! I asked to cancel, they said it already shipped- I’m sure not - said I could return when I received the sweater. Wrong. Showed up 21 days later Hidden deep in the bowels of the web site, sale merchandise not refundable. The picture was nothing like the junk they sent.
Horrible horrible horrible

Fraudulent company

I ordered what looked like 2 beautiful knitted sweaters from this fly by night company December 2nd, 2025. What I got were cheap polyester t shirt like thin material that looked nothing like the website picture and were in fact, ugly. Of course you can't return them. I tried to cancel within 24 hours after reading awful reviews but they would not allow it. They claimed it was already shipped. An entire month later, I got the garments and as expected, they were awful. I took pictures, wrote down my experience and filed a claim with my bank with claim number. I immediately received a charge back refund to my account. This is your consumer protection from these fraudulent buisness practices coming from overseas. This is not the first time this has happened to me but it will be the last. I will always check reviews before buying and nothing from ads off social media again. Be careful folks, these people are making a lot of money for subpar garments by posting fake pictures of a quality garment you'll never get. When consumers do not contest it or accept their standard 15% off to keep a piece of garbage, they win. My total was $98 for 2 garments. My time invested to get it back was a few hours of my time proving my claim with exhibits. Time I'll never get back, but worth it not paying for that junk. This website is one of two they have here on Trust Pilot.

100% SCAM WEBSITE- DO NOT BUY HERE

This website is 100% scam. There is even a YouTube video talking about the entire false storefront. Unfortunately, I didn’t see that until after I ordered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Items depicted are NOT what you get. Pictured items are beautiful. Items you get are junk. They show EVERYTHING on sale and say you can’t return sale items- even though the items are not what is shown online. I have been arguing via email now for many days trying to get my money back. They refuse. Want me to pay to return to CHINA. BLOCK THIS SITE AND NEVER GO BACK.

UPDATE: I filed a fraud claim with the US FTC, and their site recommended I contact my credit card company to get a chargeback/credit based on fraud. I did do that and am expecting full amount returned to my card. Just wanted others to know there is an option to get money back. ALSO, video on YouTube about this fraudulent company you can refer to your card carrier’s investigation team.
