Outstanding service!

My driver (Juan) contacted me as soon as I landed in Miami and made arrangements to pick me up asap. I returned to the airport during the tropical storm/hurricane and Juan was again my driver. He walked me to the car with an umbrella and helped ease my fears as we drove in torrential rain. I will be using MIA for all personal and professional trips from now on.

Driver was sent to the wrong airport…

Driver was sent to the wrong airport and instead of an apology I was told by this company I sent them wrong info where I have proof I sent over correct flight number and information. Very disappointing, took Uber instead.

The Perfect Transport

My family recently returned from a vacation. We consist of 5 adults, 10 suitcases, and personal items. Trying to find transportation for all this luggage was challenging until I discovered MIA Transfer. They were a blessing. Mike, our driver, was delightful. I would highly recommend MIA Transfer even if you don’t have all this luggage.

Flight were delayed and canceled

Flight were delayed and canceled. Driver was ready and waiting 8 hours after we were supposed to arrive. Great service and would definitely use again!!

Amazing service! A must use!

Smooth experience.

Our driver, Mr. Walter was great! Communication was solid and we felt secure the entire time. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and well maintained. Would definitely use them again!

Great transfer with George from Miami…

Great transfer with George from Miami cruise port to Lake Worth. Great price, quick communications even when changing pickup times. Car very clean. Arrived early. Dependable. Would recommend this business. Will be using again should the need arise.

Five Star Walter

Absolutely loved our rides with Walter! He was professional, safe, friendly, and very helpful with our very large group for the weekend. MIA Transfer is affordable and professional beyond measure. Customer service was excellent and incredibly quick with responding to my questions and requests. Everything was so quick and easy. It was such a pleasure to work with them. I will continue using them for all our South Florida transportation needs! Five starts all the way!

Stop searching- this is your group!

Could not ask for more professionalism. Right on time for pickup. Van was extremely clean and comfortable. After the game, was waiting for me so we had no walk. Felt like a celebrity! Next time in Miami, this is who I’m using.
