Disappointing all round. The costume was far too big and also just did not hang correctly. When I contacted the company to return the item they offered me 10% off a further costume rather than return it? I did not want to spend even more money on another costume and keep the one I had with no use to myself!
The company then said I needed to return the costume which may cost a lot of money and I may have to also pay tax on it ??Really ? It was not made clear that postage back to china would be very expensive at the time of ordering. It was going to cost me more than half the value of the costume to send it back !! Please be very aware of this if you decide to order from this company!

Awful experience. Was ordering costumes for an important family event (the event was important as it’s the first one since an important family member passed, as such were all dressing up and trying to be in high spirits despite this).

They told us they had the costume in stock, took the money (£80) and then a week later emailed saying “thank you for your order. Unfortunately we don’t have it available.”. They then went on to tell me to get back to them as soon as possible (which I replied immediately) and I have yet to have a response. We now don’t have time to order from another company, making what was supposed to be an upbeat event become much more melancholy.

If you want to be disappointed then order from here. Otherwise please go somewhere else!!!!

I received the Lisa Sobriquet under Shade cosplay from genshin impact, didn’t fit so I returned it and asked for either a new costume or a refund. Had to pay $15 to send it back, they checked my items on a dining room table (with photos proof) and claimed I broke two items that I didn’t even see in the bag. Nothing about the two items that I tried on. They tried to get me to send $20 more dollars to replace a horribly made necklace and some other item, but I refused. Now I’m out $70 and they won’t give a refund or a new item because they claim I broke something I didn’t even touch.

Ordered a costume from this site according to the sizing guides should have fit...
Quality was poor. I complained and they only offered a measly 5% off discount code for future use. I have used AliExpress and got better results. I recommend Doki Doki for good cosplay.

Was skeptical of ordering due to some reviews but decided to anyway,
Constant updates throughout shipping, only took a week to arrive to the UK, very pleased with shopping experience, will definitely be using this company again!

Never buy from this shop. The quality is poor. I ordered months ago two costumes and they didn't meet the delivery deadline. I had to tell them if they didn't sent me the items, I cancel the order. Then, they sent me the costumes. And I had to pay for taxes (fast delivery) even so I payed for the shipping. One of the costumes had stains!!! I am very upset with them

Cosplays are nice but they don’t normally ship until days after the said time.

I spent $60 on an order and waited a few weeks just to have it ship to the wrong address, despite the fact that I IMMIDIATELY emaield their customer service email, as well as tried calling them during hteir so called 24 hour customer service line which never answered any time of the day, asking to fix their own screwup on the shipping address. Literally all just because the click of a button screwed upt he address thus my package was lost without even letting me cancel the order. Unless I were to find a way to magically return it, I don't see how I can get my money back.

i ordered a ryuji sakamoto cosplay for £40. The quality was really nice, especially compared to other costumes i had bought from other bands for a similar price. The seams felt solid, the fabric is undoubtedly cheap, but the costume is very cheap so its to be expected, it wasnt see through and the printing of designs was high quality. The blazer that came with it had padded shoulders and solid buttons, my only issue is that its too big compared to the rest of the costume however this can be altered easily and isn’t a big concern.
The shipping definitely got me concerned as very cheap companies handled them, however i had no major issues (it actually came a few days early) and i havent factored that into the review.
The customer service was excellent, it is obviously not handled by a native english speaker, however the advice was clear and my email only took 2 days to get a reply
The ordering wasn’t great, the app crashed so i couldn’t order it through my phone and the website is a tad clunky through both mobile and pc. However, it was clear enough with shipping times and processing times (if the cosplay is out of stock it will tell you extra restock times for that size and add it to the ‘processing times’)

All in all it was a pleasant experience, it’s definitely not as easy or reliable as amazon but its alright and i would consider it relatively trustworthy as would many other cosplayers i know and had talked to before the review.

I ordered a costume waited about a month to get it. It came without the most important part - the mask. I wrote an email to them. They said they will send it in a few days. It was september. I am still waiting for it and its dezember now and nobody answers my emails anymore. They simply took my money and stole from me.

This company cannot improve, not because they’re great already but because they’re so utterly useless and cannot be a successful business. They allowed me to pay for something that wasn’t in stock, and never made any effort to actually tell me that this was the case. The website and app say different things, like what is and isn’t in stock so don’t trust it! It’s a cheap and crappy scam that probably just sells cheap rip offs from what I’ve seen in the other reviews. AVOOOOOID.

Absuolute abysmal of a company! I've had the worst online experience I've ever had with them. Long story short, costume arrived but was far too big (even though I checked their sizing chart and measured myself). Sent it back which cost a lot to do so (regretting doing so now) and it took 2 months to reach them! Then they wanted to take out the customs charge out of my refund and I have only now been processed a refund. This has been ongoing since September. I'm barely left with anything coming back to me after all their deductions. Wish I just kept it and tried to sell it. Never again. I'm just glad it's over with and I don't have to talk to them again or chase anything up. The worst experience.

Ordered a Himiko Yoga cosplay for halloween as I didn't have time to make or source individual pieces, which is not a complex costume. £70 ON SALE and what turned up was thin plastic material permanently crinkled, the shirt too short to tuck into a skirt, myriad loose threads on every part and an unweable mask (what kind of face mask has 1 inch THICK elastic straps?!). With the £30 express shipping that could not have been a bigger waste of £100.

Worst online shopping experience of my life. Ordered a costume for Halloween, it took them a week to tell me that the item is now out of stock, now I’m up against the clock to get a Halloween costume and they still have the item I ordered listed as available on their site. I paid extra for it arrive before Halloween and now my refund will apparently take another 5-7 working days. I’ve already dyed my hair for the costume I had planned so they have genuinely left me in a bind and I’m never shopping here again.

The costume came in within a week. It's great. Only issue was the sizing. I recommend maybe ordering something bigger than your usual.

Costume was much smaller as advertised.
Asked for return address which is China when the return address is in walsall which when googled turns out to be a scam delivery office. The email also asks to put an extremely low value on the parcel much less than actually paid so they can say it never arrived and not refund me full amount. Scammers to say the least.

I've always bought my costumes from this website. Be careful about what you buy and read the descriptions of the items you put into your cart. Read the reviews even if they aren't in English. Use a translator to get the gist. This website has never scammed me and the product always turns out to look like their pictures. Just be sure to look at ALL PICTURES INDIVIDUALLY. Their armor costumes are not of the highest quality but you get what you pay for, it isn't supposed to be real-ish looking. They are costumes made for fun and dress-up, it is not like you are buying them from a professional seamstress/wielder.

2. Look at the photos.
3. Read about sizing and measure precisely.
4. Read reviews.
5. Expect mid-quality.

I recommend buying wigs from them, I've never had trouble with them and they come in good packaging for storage.

The quality of the costumes have tanked so drastically compared to some of their older designs. Aswell as the fact they chose to work with and pay "sakimichan" (who is a terrible person) instead of crediting and paying "blushyspicy" who created the designs for their KDA bunnysuits. I'd rather take my chances with ezcosplay at this stage tbh
