Awful customer service. They promise three visits but only came for two!

Good and friendly technicians. Only small mishap was not surveying the main bedroom where there were two access points for mice. Later saw evidence of activity so needed a third visit to block up the access points in the carpet.

On time and did what they said, especially repeat visits

We had a mouse problem. A young man called Connor came to help us. He was polite and friendly. Put my mind at ease as I was terrified of the mice. Over 5 visits we can now say we are a mouse free home! Very professional. I will always contact this company if ever (hopefully not) we have mice again ref 365527

Fast and effective solution!

JG Pest Control came out on the day that I called them. Their operative was knowledgable about my pest problem and dealt with it for me. Hopefully I won’t need to call them again but if I do have a future pest problem I won’t hesitate to call them.

From initial phone call to the treatment being completed, I was made to feel at ease. Within hours, Pestcos had someone out to lay down traps and inspect the property. Also, as Pestcos was the third call I made, the first two places I rang quoted at least three days until someone could come out to my property and charged nearly double the price!
Traps were laid and, after two days, my intruder problem stopped. Months later, I haven’t had any further issues.

Excellent, professional and thorough! The guys from Pestcos solved a quite severe infestation of mice in our house very quickly...where other companies had failed. They made a particular effort to solve the problem without having to lay poison down, as it would be dangerous for our two small dogs. Would definitely recommend! A+++++

Phoned this company and got someone to come out the very next day. Very pleased with their service, and most importantly - they got rid of the problem! Would have given them 5 stars, if they'd been able to come out same day (as originally stated) but this is only a minor set back and wouldnt stop me from using them again. Would recommend. Thanks

We called JG in December after hearing squeaking and noises at night. The lady who took my call was very helpful.
William visited us the same day, he was very good. He explained the options and a plan to deal with them. He was very helpful in advising what we could do to make sure they couldn’t get into our home. It was a stressful situation and his manner was very helpful.

Thank you, JG Pest Control have been brilliant. Sadly, we managed to get flour beetle, these are exceptionally challenging to get rid of. JG pest control provided excellent advice, they quickly organised a member of the pest control to come out a treat the affected areas which they did in less than 24 hours! Areas that were treated remained clear, but unfortunately, 2 weeks later we discovered more flour beetles in areas that had not been treated, including the loft and several of the cupboards. We called JG pest control who continued to offer friendly help for advice. Four weeks later we arranged for them to treat the areas that had not been treated and retreat the areas that were treated first time, with no cost, all done within 24 hours of calling. Currently, the house appears to be fine. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

We had a mole infestation, did huge amount of damage to our lawn. Called JG Pest Control who came the same day. Set traps and on third visit the critter was caught! Amazing the amount of damage one mole did. Can whole heartedly recommend JG Pest Control, speedy, friendly, reasonably priced. Hope not to need their services again, but if we do, they're the people to call.(job re 352218).
