paid returns

the service was ok, but they forgot to mention that their returns now are paid - they will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Ordered a pair of shoes - the size was too large, so I went to return it in a store and got a shipping fee deducted from my refund.

Dont bother once they have your money not interested

This company have no interest once they have sold you expensive nice looking tat. Bought my wife a expensive watch looked lovely only worn special occasions six times a year it failed after just over 4 years. Contacted customer service given a email address emailed no reply returned email not in use. Found another MK email address nothing. DO NOT BUY from this company.

The first item I ordered was returned…

The first item I ordered was returned to MK by their distribution centre and I never received it! They still have my money. I then had to re order this item and pay again! - they then sent the wrong size! I now have to return it via the post and need to make a 20 mile return journey to get to a postal place! Hugely infuriating, and they now have 2 payments from me and I have not seen any refund. Do not buy from them

Extremely happy and satisfied customer

After reading the reviews I made an order on the 27th December around 6pm with so much speculation. I limited my order to a pair of sandals for £40 as I thought of trying out to start with. I received the order confirmation email at once. It was a Friday and boxing day sales started as well. So I wasn't expecting much progress. But on Monday the 30th noon I got an email confirming shipment of the order, followed by an e-invoice. This was followed by 4 further emails updating me of the status of the delivery timeline. I received the order on the 2nd of January (to a HP6 postcode). The item was flawless. The packaging was outstanding. The item arrived intact because of the protective and perfect packaging. I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer and wondering as to why most of the reviews are so bad.

Extremely poor customer service

Ordered a birthday present for someone on 23rd Dec, received update confirming delivery on 30th Dec. Nothing arrived on 30th, contacted MK on 2nd Jan, very unhelpful customer service advisor. Told I needed to wait until 8th Jan before they can consider a refund and requested I complete a form for DPD. Form filled in and returned within 10 mins of receiving it, no reply from MK.
Would not recommend ordering from them, very poor logistics processes and very unhelpful when contacting their customer service department.

Terrible Delivery Experience and Unhelpful Customer Service


I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I selected a collection point for my delivery, but when I checked the status, I found out that my package was being returned to the sender without any notification or explanation. If I hadn’t checked myself, I would have never known!

When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and offered no options to reroute my delivery. In this day and age, with all the technology available, it’s shocking that such a simple issue can’t be resolved. Worse, when I asked about getting my product, I was told I’d need to repurchase it at full price and wait for a refund of the difference. That’s not a solution—it’s just more inconvenience for the customer.

This entire situation shows a complete lack of care for customers. I hold the company fully responsible for this frustrating experience and cannot recommend their service. They need to improve communication, delivery systems, and customer support if they expect customers to return.

The quality is really bad

The quality is really bad, I bought a bracelet and it was broken . They didn’t replace the new one and that show how good they are customer care they don’t care. Be clever don’t spend your money with their item and specially jewellery. Rubbish quality!!!!

Do NOT recommend! -1 star if I could AVOID

I've always been put off by sales staff in stores and thought products to be inferior to other brands with a similar price point. I had once changed mind and walked out store during sale transaction due to such poor service. I, however finally decided to give a second chance and buy a bag as it was the right size and style I was seeking at the time. The sale process (in store) was far from smooth, yet again.

Just over a year later, the hardware is discolouring (normal use, my Coach bag gets more use for longer period and hardware is still in perfect condition).
I went to the online store, to review and make other consumers aware and yet this isn't an option. I'm not surprised, clearly even Michael Kors themselves know their products are complete overpriced rubbish and want to ensure their consumers can't warn each other.

I will never recommend nor part with my money again.

Customer Service is a joke

I'm being generous giving one star. Customer service is a joke
Don't even know why they're there as they can't actually help you. Their solution is that 'they hope' I receive the item I paid Next Day Delivery for.
They 'cant' contact the courier for you so they just hope that you'll receive something you've paid hundreds of pounds for.

Scammers

Scammers, chase them over month to get the refund and they are lying saying they did but never did. Going to open court case and then they will pay much more because of my stress moral compensation. People please be aware and never buy online, because if you return your item you never get your money back!!! Or get only through the court

Zero customer service

Absolutely ridiculous to have to chase them up 3 times for a refund. Still haven't received it yet after 16 days. Customer service is awful and no phone number to speak to someone, just chat through WhatsApp. I'll never order from them again 😒

crap company no email sent regarding the handbag I…

No email sent regarding the handbag I purchased online even though the money has been taken. This is the 2nd time I have had a problem with this company but believe me there will not be a third as I am so done with them. The handbag I ordered was for my daughters birthday which is next week and I will be so upset if it doesn't arrive in time.

Poor after sales/customer service

I purchased an MK watch on Amazon and two years later when the battery stopped working I replaced it. However, it was extremely difficult to get the back cover on and had no other option but to take it in to a watch repair shop. Even they couldn't get the cover back on. So, I thought I should contact them, MK, direct but they refused to help, only stating it was out of warranty.
They initially asked me for proof of purchase, photos of the watch, photos of the issue, etc. I supplied them with all they requested but all to no avail.
This company is deceitful and not worthy of anyone's money. Avoid buying anything from them.

Not received my order and they are…

Not received my order and they are trying too get out of it, I have been messaging since 20thApril and this is not yet dealt with.
The send me tracking that does not work and then tracking of a parcel at a blue door when my front door is green, the tracking says received by a name I do not use also. But they have not directed me on what I should do next they just keep saying the same thing.

Order delayed but all ok

I ordered a handbag from the UK website. I had email updates informing me my bag was being sent from the Netherlands and DPD would delivery. I had a delivery date 3/4 days after ordering but the item did not arrive. DPD just said it’s on it’s way with no further update I waited a few more days without an update. I contacted MK via email but had to wait until Monday as the customer service was closed Saturday and Sunday. They did email back and informed me orders were high and deliveries were delayed but to wait a few more days. I popped on trust pilot and was a bit nervous about these reviews. But dpd did update on the delivery and I received the items days later. A week later that informed. Approximately 11/12 days after ordering The item is exactly as it was online so I’m happy. I feel like communication could have been a bit better regarding the delay but the end result is I’m happy with my item.

Conned out of my money!

I purchased some boots online in the sale. Thinking MK was a ‘luxury’ brand, I assumed that they’d be decent quality. Within a few weeks, the leather had completely peeled off the boots, making them look unsightly. I contacted customer services to alert them to a lack of product quality / fault order and they denied any and all responsibility. Disgusting customer service and I’ve essentially been conned out of my money.
