Torn after a week.

Purchased a Long Hooded Anorak Jacket. After wearing it for a week, both sides of it were torn and the threads came out from all over the place. Never had such a poor quality clothing.

Worse customer service on-line

Horrid Customer Service, the worst in the industry!
Despicable service on-line, at times there's a language barrier when speaking to customer service rep., and when I ask to speak to another rep., or a Supv., they argued with me. It took me 45min to order a simple order, which never got accomplished after all the none-sense and waste of my time. Was left on hold indefinitely, got hung-up on. Had to call a third time to try to get my order completed, never happened. I realize MK is a big conglomerate, and he can care-less. Hope clients will use their purchasing power and boycott them!

Received bag w hole in lining

I received my new bag with a hole in the lining! Instead of offering a solution I was offered their “policy” that I would have to pay to send it back for repair blah blah blah. Horrible customer service! They send a damaged product and I have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. I wish I’d bought another brand.

Banned from Online orders for no reason

After being a customer for years a placing an order just 2 months ago I was having issues placing an order so I contacted customer services to my surprised I've been put on a list of "fraudulent activities" placing an order and I'm not allow to make online purchases...NEVER. Again, I placed an order 2 months ago and I ALWAYS order online. They were not able to give me a solution, maybe change my email or something, NOTHING! all they said was to on to my closest store which is 3+ hours away. I called to know why I was having issues because I always order and never had an issue with it. Way to go Michael Kors, you just lost another costumer

Shocking service

Shocking service! I received a gift voucher from a friend for €145. I ordered some sale items from the French website. The order was confirmed, and further to this, I received confirmation saying items would arrive on certain day. Fast forward this day, I am waiting for my package and nothing arrives. I receive a message from Michael Kors to say all my items are out of stock. This was in July 2024. Looking on their site, it was hard to find something which I liked (that was in stock!), so I now go to place an order in Oct 2024, and I see that the gift card has not been reimbursed with the amount for the original order, so there's about €1.50 remaining instead of €145! Amateur - truly shocking company and definitely won't be spending any of my own money with this brand.

About 2 year's ago, This year the bracelet metal strap broke just disided to fall apart, just walking along, this morning it has a date, it jumped 3 day's, this is not the first time, so I have to sit there winding it forwards for about 15 minutes, buyer beware.

Only reason I’m giving a 1 star is…

Only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because I won’t be allowed to continue.. so I recently made a purchase online, I’ve been buying MK products for over 15+ years thankfully I’ve always gone to the store. Tried to shop online due to recently giving birth and not wanting to expose my newborn to any risks being in stores, well apparently when making my online purchase I listed the delivery address and the system chose to change it on its own. Contacted customer service since I noticed product hadn’t shipped yet, I was told that because label was created product needs to ship and then returned which makes no sense at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the associate I was speaking to had me on hold over 15 minutes to then come back on the line and say a refund will be issued and shipment would be canceled. Clearly the associate lied because when I went back to track the order they shipped it out. Needless to say this was a birthday gift to myself and now that I see how inconsiderate this company is and how they clearly hire people that lie I will be shopping elsewhere, was literally about to reorder the products and chose to leave a review instead.. unacceptable, how can you play with people’s money and time 🤦🏽‍♀️

Terrible customer service/policies on faulty bag

Terrible customer service. Had a bag where the zip broke & MK very unhelpful . Would not replace the zip or exchange the bag. You don’t expect a zip to break when the bag still in excellent condition & now unusable. Customer service would not let me speak to a manager & just keep repeating their stupid policies. Won’t be buying from them anymore .

I order online all the time and never…

I order online all the time and never had a issue until now. I received 2 pair of shoes and they did not fit and Michael Kors sent me a label to return the shoes like they have in the past. I took them to ups and shipped them out and the next day the box was sent back to me. I have called Michael Kors repetitively and they cannot get it right. I ask for a supervisor and cannot get one to come to the phone. I am promised callbacks that never happen. customer Service is horrible!!!

Deception: False advertising and misleading website

Their online site does NOT tell you the difference between Michael Kors Lifestyle and Michael Kors Outlet products! They don’t have a separate website for the outlet products. I recently ordered some handbags that I thought were the regular MK handbags, and they turned out to be outlet! Only reason I learned this is that I tried to return them to a local MK store and the MK associate informed me they were outlet bags! She showed me how to tell from the way the logo letters go together, something so subtle you wouldn’t know. Not until your outlet bag that you thought was a regular MK bag starts falling apart! When I go to their website in my iPhone browser you cannot see any distinction for outlet vs regular. They have a section for MK Collection, the most high-end tier of handbags they carry; that part of their website is clearly marked and distinct from everything else. Since I was at a regular store I couldn’t return them so the associate helped me box the items up for return via shipping. If I had known they were cheap outlet bags I would have taken them to the outlet store that is closer to my house. So a wasted trip. I don’t trust Michael Kors. Their website is misleading. It should be illegal for them to engage in false advertising this way.

I have been a loyal customer of Michael Kors however will never purchase their products again

I have been a loyal customer of Michael Kors. Only buying their shoes, boots and coats for many years. I purchased two pairs of shoes online in June 2024. Did not realized the return policy was 30 days. Went into the store on the 32 day and was made aware of this policy. I emailed Michael Kors directly and the response was we will get back to you. I waited two weeks, no response so I called and the agent said she would escalate. I waited another two weeks and called back and was told they are very busy so I needed to be patient and someone will get back to me. Here we are in September and no one has gotten back to me. All I wanted was a store credit. Being a loyal customer I would have spent it right away. However after this experience I will never purchase any of their products again.

Not Recommended online

Not Recommended online, I bought online. A bag and a pair of shoes for my wife, in order to give her an special gift for an special event, on the site I could read that it gonna take from 3-4 days and now ITS MORE THAN A WEEK AND THEY EVEN SENT THE TRACK NUMBER. I bought it from the 2/09/2024 and I can read still on process. I called their call center and they said they gonna send it to the 2nd level. And the status didn’t change at all. It’s all lies all the way. The special moment for my wife was ruined by this company or website and I hope they are not scamming people. Worst web site for sales EVER.

Very disappointed¡!!

Very disappointed¡!!! Only wore mk access watch about 2x and it does not work... called mk to fix and they don't want to help. Have to send out to tx and pay myself when my wife paid over $300 for this. Mk is OVERPRICED TRASH AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS!!!! DONT BUY FROM MK!!!!!!

Mall of Africa branch such a disappointment

I was beyond disappointed by the service I received at Mk Mall of Africa branch. Went on the 25/08/2024 to buy shoes and there were three employees in the store none of them attended to us, my partner greeted (not sure if his greeting was low) but the male and female assistant didn't respond,they continued their talk and laughs. I then greeted when going to the female section the same happened. I then asked the assistant for my size and she was like someone else will come assist, that time she was just standing doing nothing herself. For a store with it's calibre to have such dismaying service is unspeakable. Not sure if they physically profile client and see if they are worth their time or not, but I know all I wanted was to just pay and get out. Definitely not going back

Disappointed Customer

I ordered a Michael Kors Handbag online.
When it arrived it was defective from there warehouse.
I called Customer Service and Emailed pictures of the Handbag.Logo on Purse was Rusted not Gold. The edge on the sides were unstitched not seemed properly.
The Service wasn’t Professional, For a Top Brand Store, Brand Name.
The Bag looked like someone had it and returned it. Then it was sent to me.
Overall I was very disappointed with the Service and Quality of the Handbag.
