The best PT!

I started with Micha in January this year. I wasn’t new to dieting or training at the gym and I’ve had a PT in the past but I never achieved my goal. I put on A LOT of weight after my second child and although I did lose a lot of it, I never reached where I wanted to be and my weight kept fluctuating a lot. I set goals with Micha in January and by March I was there! Literally couldn’t believe it. I lost 10kg in 3 months! Micha is literally a fountain of knowledge! Her app is brilliant, she has lots of useful tools and guides to help with every aspect of training and nutrition. Her form videos take away the nerves for gym beginners and for when you’ve never performed a particular exercise before. Weekly check ins and form checks are a god send and I really look forward to them as it sets you up for the week and you’re clear on what you need to do to keep progressing. Micha works your social plans in around the goals you’ve set yourself so nothing is off limits. If you’re thinking about having a PT to support and coach you to achieve your goals, Micha is the one!

Wish I had started sooner!

Before I started my coaching journey with Micha, I was stuck in a rut promising myself to eat better every Monday and not even making it to the end of the day without falling off the unrealistic plan I had set myself. Exercise was non existent and I didn’t know where to start.

I was hoping to loose weight something I have been trying to do for my whole adult life and get fitter following having two babies in two years. I have managed to loose a stone in the first 8 weeks, and imbed healthy eating and exercise habits into my life, whilst also improving my milk production for breastfeeding.

I have gone from no exercise to actually enjoying exercising 6 days a week, as a result I have reduced my resting heart rate, a NSV I didn’t know I needed!

The App is super helpful and everything you need is at your fingertips, the daily reminders help you keep accountable and ticking them off motivates you daily. The demonstration videos are clear and so helpful, especially if you are new to the world of exercise like me! The weekly check ins and form feedback help to hold you accountable and on track so that you can make little adjustments on a weekly basis to ensure you have the best chances of smashing your goals.

The post birth recovery programme that Micha put together was so helpful and the perfect way to get into exercising post birth. The only regret I have is not starting sooner!

I have been training online with micha for 3 months now and have lost 18lb. Taking this step has been the best decision I have made in a long time! Micha is amazing! She gives you the right tools and support to succeed in your weight loss journey.
I have always hated working out but doing it in the comfort of my own home has really helped motivate me. I'm enjoying walking more and following the nutritional plan micha has created for me.
The app is amazing and has all the information you need to help you along the way.
Here to another 3 months of reaching my goal ❤️

Working with Micha has been the step I needed to really learn how to push myself and make progress. I’d built some consistency and confidence in the gym but didn’t have the knowledge to progress as much as I have now. Following the weekly plan in the app is really easy to follow, keep track and communicate with Micha. Uploading from videos has been a game changer as there’s so many tweaks I wouldn’t notice myself which Micha has an amazing knowledge of. If you’re looking for a good boost and investment in yourself I really recommend. Thank you Micha! ☺️

Amazing PT

I’ve been strength training with Micha for nearly 10 months now – I initially reached out to her after suffering from a running injury that stopped me from running for a few months. Since training with Micha I feel stronger and I never would have thought I’d be able to run at the pace I now do. She’s thought me so much about strength training and how to substitute workouts in a busy gym when you can’t get to a certain piece of equipment which has been invaluable.

You can tell Micha genuinely loves what she does, she’s always so present in the sessions and very supportive and encouraging. She’ll push you and challenge you, but it never feels like pressure and she really champions you and celebrates the small wins. You can tell she really cares as a PT but also on a personal level too. Micha is honestly the best investment I’ve made in myself!

Best PT ever

Micha is an incredible PT. When I started with her she took the time to get to know me, what worked for me and how best to push me. She teaches you how to recognise your own strength and continously improve. I feel so much more confident in the gym now. She's also a genuinely lovely person who makes every session, even the 6am ones, enjoyable!! Can't recommend her enough.

Such an incredible coach

I could write paragraphs about how amazing working with Micha has been. I have been working with Micha for around 7 months now and investing in her coaching has been the best financial decision I’ve made in years. She has not only taught me how to properly use all of the gym equipment which can be intimidating at first, but also how to execute exercises correctly with proper form, which is so important. I feel so strong and am lifting weights that I never knew I was capable of. Workouts aside, she has also completely shifted my mindset with food and encourages you to see food as fuel and to eat enough rather than too little - as diet culture has always told us. She is super supportive and always available for workout tips, nutrition advice, or even just a positive chat. She genuinely cares about her clients and is always checking in. 100000% would recommend working with her!

Couldn’t recommend working with Micha more!

After piling on the pounds during lockdown, I started working with Micha to get back on track with my health and fitness. Micha’s been nothing but supportive, encouraging, and has really helped me over the past few months become far more confident in the gym and in myself. She explains things so clearly, and I feel like I’m actually learning a lot about fitness along the way! I’m lifting heavier than I ever thought I would and am seeing the results of all the effort. She’s clearly really dedicated to her clients and you can tell she’s really behind you every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend working with Micha more!

Amazing, effective, fun PT with Micha

I've been training with Micha since August 2021, once or twice a week in person, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Micha listens attentively to my goals and feedback, and structured workouts for first a cutting phase, where I hit my goal of losing ~6% of my body weight and toned up, and now a strength / muscle-building phase. Outside of face-to-face sessions, Micha's app is simple and easy to use to track my lifting and cardio workouts, and body stats.
Micha is a professional, fun to train with, and clearly gets a kick out of her clients reaching their goals - a sign of her dedication and passion for training.
I'm a guy (I know, "stilettos"...an old nickname!), and whole-heartedly recommend Micha as a PT for men and women alike.

The best PT I've had

I have really enjoyed training with Micha for the last few months. Micha understands her clients and pushes them to their best potential. I've lifted heavier than ever before and my confidence in going to the gym and using the machines has grown so much. She is helping me reach my goals and is a great motivator. Micha is an amazing trainer, I have had the benefit of considerable Military Training and Micha brings a level of knowledge rarely seen in a PT and further knows how to push you at the right time. Great programmes and a great trainer. Thank you Micha I shall miss your voice !

Best personal trainer

Micha is an amazing personal trainer, she has been helping me throughout my postpartum fitness journey and I lost 7kg/15 pounds. She doesn’t just train her clients once a week but gives them a comprehensive
exercise program to follow every week according to their needs and can train anywhere at the gym, home or outside. Also no restrictive diet, I was able to keep losing weight while eating chocolate and enjoy a meal outside.

Training with Micha has been great

Training with Micha has been great! I love her sessions and she has really helped me get back in shape. I’m feeling so much stronger and happier in myself and I’m loving being the gym again. She is so friendly but gently pushes you each week, so before you know it you’re comfortable using all the equipment and you can’t believe how far you’ve come. I really can’t recommend her enough.

Amazing

Amazing! Micha’s approach to fitness has helped me change my perception of an all or nothing approach! Micha really listens and takes the time to personalise this to my programme. Amazing trainer for gaining confidence and consistency!

I train in-person with Micha and I am absolutely loving both my gym sessions and the online app support. I wanted to start weight training and Micha has been so great at explaining everything to me, getting to know my current fitness level and understanding my goals and how I want to progress. My programme and advice is so personalised to me, and it feels like Micha is really invested in helping me succeed. She is always on-hand via the app for questions, and is the best cheerleader and motivator! Absolutely amazing!

I really love Micha’s approach to fitness.
