I accidentally brought a decal from this seller thinking it was just a regular sticker. I asked to return the item and have a refund of £5.00 and the seller refused.
I’m usually all for supporting small businesses but I wouldn’t recommend this seller

Thank you for your review.
As I have already discussed with you, every piece of information you required about this item before purchasing was on the listing, You clearly didn't read the description at all as it states it's a decal in the first sentence. You then tried to tell me it was too big, yet the sizing is also stated in the same description.
You waited 10days for me to make the item and get it to you before you asked for a refund, Therefore this item was not purchased accidentally. You just didn't read before buying.
As a small business I cannot afford to lose the money I spent making the item and the cost of postage for your mistake.

Received my item which did not match advertised picture
Received my item which did not match the picture as advertised on Etsy, paint work was shabby and unfinished, colour was not the same, writing was faded and smudged which seller claimed it was a rustic finish but pictures of my received item are totally different from the picture used to advertise. Seller has been rude and disputing this complaint, seller does not check quality of products before dispatching and item was painted badly the sides were not painted and the only clear vibrant part of the item was their stamp on the back for social media. Very disappointed with this issue and the fact it cost £4 there was no attention to detail, posting out badly painted items with no care whatsoever.
UPDATE- Etsy agrees with me that item I received was not as pictured, pity seller is still not happy with decision as the public can see from her reply. Not exactly professional, Very childish and obviously very petty. Etsy is a wonderful website just a shame it has people like this on it to be weary about. Would not recommend this seller as they are still disputing it even though second opinion has been issued and agreed that I did not receive the same product as advertised in the PICTURE.
UPDATE…..
As you can see for yourself the seller is childish and totally unprofessional, thanking me for MY MONEY to buy her a pint!!!! Stay clear from this seller.

As discussed several times now, the listing for the item you brought clearly states the sign is handmade, Hand painted and given a distressed look. See the copied listing description:
"This beautiful rustic sign has been lovingly handmade from reclaimed wood. The wood has been hand painted in a distressed look pastel green chalk paint and has the words 'No Fucking Swearing’ burnt into the wood using a laser engraver giving it that amazing rustic look."
