My experience with this company is wild ! So called "click and collect" has a 3 hour window which i wasnt told about even after ring charged visiting the store and them telling me they have stock but its not on their system after the 3 hours i got told it's because of "warehousing and shipping" times ...they have it in stock its a click and collect no shoppings involved.

If I could give minus 100 that is the rating for this disreputable and disgusting online store. On 2 occasions I have fell victim of this scammer who pretends to have items in stock whereas actual fact is that these items are not at all in stock but marked “add to bag”. What this company must understand is that shoppers are not money lenders to scams like Micheal Kors online website Why don’t they like all reputable online store have a system in place when an item is out of stock are not sold multiple times. Is Micheal Kors trying to boost their income by overselling items out of stock? Disgusting Disreputable Dishonest

Very poor customer service. Why don’t you just send email to confirm receiving return orders!!! 6 orders returned I don’t know anything about them and had to contact them to check it’s been received and when refund will be issued !!! Been told after 14 days to contact them while some orders been returned for more than 16 days anyway and had to be done manually!!! I have been told No suggestion or complain departments!!!
I think they just don’t care

Had pair shoes for my wife for Xmas and they too small sent them back on 21st January and said they received 23rd but still no refund and they saying it needs to go back to eu before refund and should be done in 2-3 days well sorry it been longer than that and saying they carnt help no further poor customer service and holding my money but quick enough to take it
