Car damage!!!
Went in on a Saturday morning to have the rims swapped on my Volvo, finally got in and they got straight to it, all four wheels off at the same time, rims and tyres swapped and put back on. Then while the car was being lowered they’ve managed to damage my car scratching and scuffing the paintwork above the wheels where I can only presume it’s where they left the full side down and not the other causing the car to be tilted so much it was touching the jacks. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me while I was there. An email sent with pics of damage and no reply what so ever! Won’t be going back or using them again! Look at other companies

Criminals
Went to get new tyres, waited 2hrs only to be told my brake line had somehow split. Obviously they destroyed it in the botched attempt to get a tyre off, considering their line of work you'd assume they'd know how to do it. Cost me £450-650 (can't quite remember) to replace the brake line they snapped. Was told "you won't get that home with no brakes" perhaps they thought I'd forget i had got it to them with brakes intact. no admittance of their mess up, no apology, just a bill using my then imobalised car as leverage. Criminally neglegent at the least, extortionists at the worst. Never ever use. Tried to leave this review at the time and it wasn't allowed. Worst experience I've ever had with any company.

On line bookings a waste of time
After booking an appointment and paying for my tyres, I arrived 10minutes before my appointment. It took 12 m to be asked what I was there for and details to be taken and then 6 minutes to check details.
After 1h30 hours tires were at last taken off to be replaced. 30 minutes later the tyres had been replace and then told that the locking nuts socket had been stripped and that they had put my old studs back on but now unable to remove the rears.

Brought my tyres from Asda, they sent me to this industrial unit in Morton Hall Bury St Edmunds.
I found the staff Martin and Paul very helpful and professional.
They fitted two tyres and carried out wheel alignment on my car.
I was very happy with the work carried out and will use them again.
